Superb Hays Ambassidors
Due to personal circumstances I was unable to go on the cruise I booked for November of this year, I explained my predicament to both Eleanor ( Ellie) and Jessica, and they managed to both transfer my deposit and re-booked another Cruise, there professionalism empathy, and dedication to sorting this out was outstanding, I have sent an email to them thanking them for thier assistance.
I would be grateful if you could convey this to them , as you have two very good ambassadors within your fold .

Excellent customer service - thankyou Jessica
Called in on the off chance that Hays Travel might be able to help us arrange a trip on the Glacier Express and they came up trumps. Jessica listened carefully to what we were looking for and knew exactly who to contact to make it happen. She then made sure our requirements were met. First class service from start to finish.

Friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been well supported to book the right holiday - many times. Jess, Sharon and Ellie are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to answer my questions (I ask a lot!) and add things to my holiday like flight upgrades when my budget improves.
They also have a good supply of brochures to enable me to look for my next holiday.
