Karen is amazing, she helped me put together an awesome holiday and was always quick to reply to my emails and making sure the holiday was just what we wanted.

They cant help you enough they’ll help you find a good holiday

A absolutely brilliant experience, our assistant Theresa was fantastic. She couldn’t be more helpful. Took control of all the arrangements from deciding where to go, when to travel to suit our needs booking our seats on the plane and helping with assistance and a car to transfer us to our hotel. Amazing! I just hope Hays realise and appreciate what a gem they have in her. Thanks Theresa.

Always our go to when booking our holiday. All staff are welcoming, but we can always rely on Karen to find a holiday to suit our needs. If we are unable to decide on the day we can leave it with Karen who will research and send us details to make a decision at our leisure. Always excellent service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
