The lady who dealt with us was lovely. Her name was karen. She made sure there was everything we needed and it was suitable for our needs due to disabilities. The process was a smooth experience and felt like everything was sorted for us

Very helpful called in the morning and the lady asked me all questions relevant to the cruise I was looking to book. I left it with her and she called and gave a price and cabin number etc. I later spoke to my wife who wanted a higher deck so the following week visited your Aberdare branch and spoke to one of your colleagues and sorted out our requirements and now the cruise is booked for my 65 birthday.
