We purchased a coffee table and an end table from Hayneedle. They were wobbly from the beginning and got worse over time. This morning the coffee table was completely collapsed. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple of dollars and get something good!!

I ordered a dining set from Hayneedle. I should have known when the address was incorrect on my package that this was only the start of bigger issues. Once Hayneedle worked with FedEx to add my apartment number to the box, I was shocked when I received it. I'm not even sure you would call the packaging a box. It was very tattered and worn cardboard. Of course upon opening the package, the dining table was cracked in multiple places. Since I had already spoken to Hayneedle regarding the shipping debacle, I called right back to let them know the table was broken and sent images via email. They let me know that the supplier would be shipping a replacement tabletop and gave me a FedEx tracking number to track it. Over a week later, the supplier had still never even sent the tabletop to FedEx. I contacted a few times to inquire about the status and ask Hayneedle to contact the supplier to get my item sent out. Hayneedle gave me the run around and said to wait two more business days before they would refund me if the item wasn't set. The tracking finally updated, and the package was out for delivery today. Well guess what? Hayneedle forgot to give the supplier my apartment number AGAIN! FOR THE SECOND TIME!!! It is Saturday and Hayneedle customer service is closed until Monday morning. If I ever do get the table top, I probably won't even be surprised if the second table top. In fact, I am expecting that to be the case. This has been a stressful and completely horrible experience. To spend hundreds of dollars on something and to feel like you are getting scammed is the absolute worst. I wish I would have looked up reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing from this retailer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! You will definitely regret your decision.

Please buyer, beware shopping at Hayneedle! This company is a big fraud. I moved into my new home and decided to use them to furnish most of the house because of the pandemic. What a disaster! The items are flimsy and I received some of them broken and had to use super glue or different screws. The one item that drove me to write this review is a cocktail table that I was going to use in the living room that came with a broken drawer. After waiting almost three months for the replacement drawer, first I was told I'll have to wait another 21 days. Then I was told the item is no longer available. When I asked for a refund. They are asking me to return the item. The only problem is that when I purchased the item it said not eligible for return. The table looks horrible with a broken drawer. I'm out $300. Please don't by from this company. The item in the photo is not what you will receive. You will get the inferior version of what's in the photo.

I ordered a cabinet which had no reviews. After it arrived, they sent me at least three emails asking me to review it. Each time, their site failed to accept my review. Which explains why this item had no reviews. The item itself was, well, usable enough that I did not return it. Hayneedle asserts that their site is optimized for Google Chrome, so I guess they don't want customers who use other browsers.

Hayneedle cancelled my order after I inquired the order status 3 days after no shipping. Terrible experience. If you do not have the items in stock, do NOT sell them. Even worse is that it did not notify me of any inventory issue until I contacted the company. Do not recommend this store.

So two years ago I bought a day bed from hayneedle . Thinking it was gonna solve all my issues. Later to find out hayneedle will won't care about how the bed fell apart and fell under a very pregnant and high risk me. So I told them about the parts that was bending they sent new pieces to buy time . Bc after the third piece being sent to me I asked for a refund they said it was past due . They purposely sent me each piece and took their time sending it to me so they didn't have to refund. So after multiple supervisors and them trying to negotiate a partial refund or another day bed. I called them out on it. They finally agreed on a refund and it took a year for the check to get to me and finally got it and it has my premarital name! Do your self a favor and don't shop at hayneedle

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company does nothing to get factual information from their vendors regarding ship dates.
I ordered bar stools from Hayneedle from a vendor called South Cone.
TWELVE WEEKS LATER there was no communication about shipping or reasons for such a delay. After TWELVE WEEKS my order was inexplicably cancelled.
Avoid Hayneedle at all costs. They are unreliable and non communicative.
Horrible.

Ordered on October 15, received order on October 23rd. Emails from Hayneedle with updates were (almost all) timely and correct. Area rug was packaged securely and in perfect condition. Exactly as pictured, looks great under dining table. Took off one star because they won't tell you whether your item is returnable until after you buy it, and because they sent an email saying item was backordered when it wasn't, it shipped that same day.

This company is horrible; do not use it. It delivered two broken statues I ordered as a gift. I am still waiting for a refund despite being assured 3 months ago I would get one. Their emails are vague and suspicious. I suggest you RUN.

WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN

I ordered two chairs from Hayneedle and called a day later to cancel my order. Hayneedle, decided to charge
my account several weeks after I cancelled my order. They were not authorized to enter my account. However, they did it anyway. I plan to seek legal assistance. These people are thieves. Please do not purchase from this company. I plan to take this to the media as well.

Cancelled my order for not being in stock, why allow orders in the first place?

I placed an order for 2 beds a month ago and was told it shipped on 6/7 and I was given a tracking number for FedEx who said they never received the package from the retailer. I finally got In Touch with Hayneedle Customer Service who said the packages were lost and would reship. Today is June 30 and I still have no beds, no refunds, no word on what’s going on, I have emailed and Called and got nothing.

I purchased some Adirondack Chair cushions from this company which arrived defective. I was not able to return the items as the automated return does not work, no phone number is provided and multiple emails go unanswered after several weeks. Over $70 lost to me for cushions that cannot be used.

Please do not order from this company. Their website does not work if you want to return an item. I tried for 3 days to get through, 18 minutes, 28 minutes, 46 minutes ON HOLD and I had to give up.
I will always check and make sure that when I see Hayneedle on a website, to never order again. They have NO customer service.

Hayneedle wants to refund 242.89 for a product that I was charged 286.86 PLUS you want me to PAY 27.10 to return a product that was poorly made. I tried to return it to the store but they would not take it. This is not acceptable.

Update:
So I went from 1 to 3 stars. Here's why. Days after ordering, I received an email that I had communicated with a girl from the company. Only I had not communicated with anyone! So I used the feedback to complain more. Then, days later, I received my 1ST confirmation of my order!, and a shipment notification! So all this after days of having NO idea whether I even ordered anything, and whether or not my money was stolen. In the end, it was not, and I was even credited my 10% discount. So all ended well, but even if ONE person would have personally contacted me, I'd give 4 stars. But having NO recourse when you have no order confirmation is crazy. That's the minimum I expect. Phones are down, email doesn't respond, and the girl that allegedly chatted with me never contacted me. Crazy. But the price was good and the chair arrived in good shape. So after the craziness, I got what I wanted for the price. I'd be scared to order from them again though. Thanks Hayneedle for at least making the money side right.

I allegedly purchased a chair. My credit card is pending. But I have no confirmation of order, no email confirmation, no order number! So I can't check my order status, calls are not being taken due to the virus, emails are not being returned asking for an update or order cancellation. The best I can do is contact my credit company and dispute the charge at this point- once it posts of course which is days later. Can't believe this is a large company owned by Walmart. The first thing they should have done is made sure you could call someone. I'll change my review if they make this right, AND instill my 10% discount. But for now, they stole my money.

I had absolutely no issues with purchase from Hayneedle. They kept me informed the whole time and my credit card wasn’t charged until the item shipped. I received emails confirming my order, saying it shipped, and confirming it was delivered. The item even came earlier than expected.

I ordered curtain RODS from walmart.com 4-20-20. After 3 days they took the money out of my acct, They say they do not charge you until your item ships. I could never track the pkg, & when their suppossed arrival date 5-6-20 came & no pkg. I got the message-DELAYED. I went to the FedEx site to track it-it never shipped-they created a label, walmart.com charged me-and those morons never even shipped it. I was lied to. I cancelled today after calling WALMART &- waiting 45 minutes to talk to someone. If I could give them no stars I would. Come to find out-hayneedle is a part of walmart. Go figure.

Ordered an "In Stock" Better Homes; Gardens Rustic Country Desk. Received a confirmation. Received a ship date. Received a revised ship date a week later. This morning, two weeks later, I was informed that my order has been cancelled because it's out of stock.
