I placed an order dec. 2 for 2 platform beds and 2 mattresses which totaled a little over $400. I was excited to find such a deal. I was notified within days the beds were discontinued and to call and pick something else so I did. Liw,and behold, my next options cost me over $700 for JUST the two beds. I was stupid to order it was clearly a scam to get me to spend more and I did. But days later when beds were delivered (worth about $300-400 for both), I was notified the mattresses were also discontinued. I didn't buy my mattresses from them but learned a lesson the hard way. Won't suggest ANYONE buying from them.

I recently bought a hope chest from Hayneedle and other than the delivery being a couple of days late which is not their fault. The hope chest is BEAUTIFUL!! The condition is excellent and it was easy to put together. I am impressed with this company.

I oredered sheets from for christmas a week later get an email stating the item is no longer available!

Worst company ever! Bad customer service. Says item will be delivered on a certain and do not bother to ship it out and then cancels your order. Now I have 2 pending transactions in my bank account.

I placed an order with Hayneedle and paid an additional fee for the package to be delivered on 12/8/17. I found out today 12/9/17 by tracking the package that it won’t be delivered until 12/11. I contacted the company to voice my displeasure and disappointment. The best they said they could do was to refund the additional expedited fee. They should have done more and been more apologetic regarding this incident. This was a bereavement basket and timing was key.
Although I was initially disappointed, the company has since contacted me and granted me their apologies and a full refund.
I feel better and now feel that they understood my position and have made Herculean efforts to assuage my feelings.

Order was cancelled on 11/28/2017. It still shows as a pending charge on my credit card as of today(12/09/2017). When I called, I was redirected 3 times, then placed on hold. I have to contact my bank to resolve. Do not use this vendor.

Same as everyone else here. They will promise next day shipping, two day delivery, AND NONE OF IT IS TRUE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HAYNEEDLE! I ordered four items. I received my confirmation email. Then I received an email stating my order was cancelled. I called and asked why and they said they couldn't tell me but there wasn't a good reason and they would place the order again AND posted charges to my credit card AGAIN. I have been checking my credit card statements every day and neither of those charges have fallen off. Today, I check my card and now they have charged me a THIRD time for almost the full amount! So I currently have over $1,700 in limbo over a $600 order!

Purchased planters that were said to be for outdoor use. The paint chipped within a couple months, very bad. Hayneedle gave me store credit.

Absolute garbage. Their suppliers are incapable of shipping out the order two weeks after ive made the purchase and their customer service simply sucks and cannot resolve any issues whatsoever. Ive been calling every day for the past couple of days and what has finaly helped me get my money back was my loss of temper

I’d like to write a review for an elevated garden I purchased this past spring. I went on the Hayneedle web page, to get the exact product name/model number, and low and behold, it’s been discontinued. Go figure!!! Nor surprised, since the bottom of mine collapsed and dumped all the soil and content of the vegetables growing in the garden in my yard. Wow, what a piece of crap. I asked for a refund, and guess what? Yep, that’s right, I don’t qualify. Humm!! So a raised garden on HayNeedle.com is not even guaranteed 6 months. My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing ANYTHING from this company, think twice. They are a fly by Night Company, and pay no attention to the reviews they have posted, and pay close attention to this one. I will save you the hardship and money I lost dealing with this company. My advice: DON’T BUIY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!!!!!

First time I have used--and the last. Order was late but the worse is that I ordered a king size comforter and received a black ottoman! When I contacted customer service they asked if I was sure----I mean these two items do look alike so maybe I have made the mistake? Now, I must ship the ottoman back and no one can tell me if I will get my comforter. Sorry I ever heard of this site.

1st time customer and horrible experience. They sent me something completely different from what was pictured on the site. After sending photos and a half dozen other emails, they finally admit it is the wrong item after confirming with the manufacturer. Then they offer a refund minus the shipping charge, if I ship it back at my expense. Terrible, unpleasant experience, and 2-3 hours I'll never get back. STAY AWAY

Canadian buyers beware: they will not ship to a non-residence US address (ie PO box). They will just cancel your order. Even if you call them, no go. even if the PO box signs for the delivery...no go. Only option is to ship to your Cdn address, with all the extra time and expense that entails.

Don't bother using Hayneedle.

Terrible. I have ordered twice from hay needle and have had issues both times. My first order arrived 1 1/2 weeks later than promised. It was a gift for my granddaughter and needed to be here at a certain time. They compensated me by giving me half off which helped. This time I ordered bar stools for my kitchen. For a week status showed in fulfillment. Delivery date came and went. Called and representative gave me all kinds of excuses. Finally told me that they are expected to ship today with a delivery of next week. Once again too late for a event at my home this weekend. No other response than sorry. This will be the last time I shop with hay needle. Better service with amazon.

Was going to be a first time Hayneedle customer and was in checkout to purchase outdoor coffee table. Headers for different products all say 10% additional off..Got to checkout and tried to enter the OUTDOOR17 promo and Lo and Behold, THIS particular table is excluded from the sale. I called customer service and was told, you only get 10% off your order AFTER you have placed an order. Sooo, I need to buy the table for $600, then if I ever buy outdoor furniture from then again, THEN I get 10% off. Ridiculous and bad business...I'll take my business elsewhere, no thanks Hayneedle!

Terrible customer service! We placed an order on their website for our baby's furniture. The week it was supposed to arrive, we got an order cancellation email not mentioning a reason. I called the customer service number and they told me that we didn't pass their fraud check - we had recently moved to a brand new home. People move all the time and need new furniture!

I wish I had read the reviews but I was moving fast. Candy bar cake was suppose to get to my daughter for her birthday-- with extra shipping costs for TODAY. They messed it up and it will deliver tomorrow which will do me no good. Awful Awful Awful. Not sure what they don't understand about TWO day delivery. Move away from the website now... quickly

So I ordered a bar cart the wheels were a totally different color then the picture when I called up
To ask if I can have new wheels they said no they will most likely all be this color which is black and the cart is silver ThEN after opening it and putting it half way together my hubsband noticed the whole thing was welded wrong and couldn't be put together luckily!!! My husband is in the welding business and actually has to take it to work and fix it!! The stuff is cheap defffff not worth the 270$ I paided for it

Maybe Hayneedle saw my review or not. Magically a Sr. Rep contacted me and made things right....Below was my initial review an 1 star. Now 3 stars because of the hassle and inconvenience.

I called Hayneedle within 8 minutes of placing my order. I wanted to change the delivery address. I was told there was nothing they could do it was already processed. I never had an issue like this before with any company on or off line. I spoke to three or four people each one was inconsistent from the other. What they did do it so they said was to send an email to the manufacturer where distribution is asking to cancel shipping. I asked to be copied that email. It didn't happen. Ok, so less than twelve hours of placing my order I received an email stating the order has SHIPPED! Not acceptable. I followed up with a phone call asked for a supervisor and was on hold for fourteen minutes. This supervisor was condescending, belittling and just unprofessional overall. He said all the could do was attempt to contact the manufacturer. They would offer to pay half of a reshipping fee. This was after I asked to be compensated for my troubles. He had the nerve to ask what troubles and that the conditions and term were listed on their site. Have any you gone straight to the terms once entering a site? I doubt it. But, if you have good for you. If not, I'd advise this to be the first thing you do going forward. Well, this is my story and I'm sticking to it. Never will I shop with them again. Resellers...Shame on them!!!
