I bought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S24+ and when I got it it was locked to spectrum. Now they keep saying I have to send it back for them to look at it but they just keep sending me gibberish links that go to nothing and a picture of the form I need to fill out but there is no way to print it the way they sent it, they just sent an image of it with no way of printing it. I keep telling them this and they just keep sending the same gibberish link that goes nowhere. I even googled it and put it in chatgpt and it pulls nothing up. This company is a scam and I would never trust a phone from them. Buy elsewhere these people will rip you off.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge 512GB from this seller. After a carrier transit delay stalled the shipment, I contacted customer support. The seller explicitly asked me to be patient and give them time to look into a solution. I acted in good faith and cooperated for two full weeks.

​As soon as the agreed-upon deadline arrived, the seller completely ghosted my messages. They refused to ship a replacement device, claiming they had no stock available. However, I immediately caught them updating their active store inventory with the exact same model and specification at a massive price premium.

​They intentionally dragged out the timeline and broke communication to avoid honoring my original lower sale price. Furthermore, they refused to issue a voluntary refund, sitting on my capital until I was forced to formally escalate the issue to a marketplace dispute to mandate a forced refund. They wasted two weeks of my time and tied up my funds. Zero integrity—protect your capital and shop elsewhere.

Just received phone so far everything seems to be in working order

The HavEarly company sells used and refurbished smartphones on ebay and on their website. They give you 1 year direct seller warranty and when the phone fails they don't respond to you. They don't honor their warranty promise.
Not a fair practice.
Do not buy anyrhing they sell or they will not honor the warranty.
