Timely response to my enquiry
Timely response to my enquiry, good website for corresponding, friendly and efficient assessment of the issue in the workshop, really beautiful craftsmanship in mending my damaged jewellery, reasonably priced for the workmanship, highly recommended.
The workshop is tucked away in a courtyard and there are steep steps on entry, so some nimble energy required

Great experience with my sentimental jewellery
Wonderful. Patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I was reassured when all my questions were answered. Rings enlarged
Took wife’s wedding ring and engagement rings to workshop to have them enlarged. My wife suffers from arthritis and has been unable to wear them for the past few years. Got them back within 2 weeks and we are very pleased with the quality of the work, She is very happy that she can once again wear them.

Replacing a lost ruby
Very efficient process from start to finish. Very friendly team.
I’d lost a stone in an old ring which was of sentimental value and I was very impressed by the care taken to colour match the ruby.
I was kept informed at every stage of the process and I thought the price of the repair was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them.

Great work with updating my rings
Rowan was so helpful at our first appointment. Checked all our questions and helped us make our mind up. The rings were even better than expected when we collected them. Absolutely beautiful. We had two of our own rings resized smaller, they were white gold so needed replating and we replaced a 4 diamond square set with just one solitary diamond with a new mount.
So pleased we chose to keep these rings for my upcoming wedding as they were sentimental. Thank you very much. Will def recommend.
