We are a community group in central Harrow.
We would like to praise our street cleaning team.
Ron and his team, do a great job cleaning our road.
Every month like clockwork the team come and do a great job.
We also take our responsibilities seriously, we have regular litter picks, and monitor fly tipping in this area.
So a big thank you, to Ron and his team for a great job.

I wanted to give a (rare) 5 star review SPECIFICALLY for Dax, who helped me today with a problem re: a student discount that I have been trying to sort out since October last year.

Dax looked back through all my records, confirmed that everything was in order, and then recalculated the bill so that I could actually move forward and start making correct payments.

Harrow became filthy, also lots of them has their people working in the council and let them park on a double yellow on a busy road all they long. But the traffic wardens avoid them and searched for other cars to fine.

There is too much disrepair and maintenance issues due to council and contractor's negligence and total disregard for council tenants inside of these old and damaged pest infested council properties. Something seriously needs to be done about these rodent problems in particular for as quickly as possible. There's also: mould, leaks, dampness, trapped condensation, noise nuisances, asbestos and both dead and alive rodents, etc etc etc. Etc. Vile and disgusting. Disappointing and disturbing. They don't care about their coucnil properties or their council tenants. Then you have to either pay privately iven I dyiu cannot afford to or do your own DIYs or beg others to help you if you not really a DIYer. Uselessness. Making everything harder instead of easier for me. I am already struggling enough with everything. Barely surviving in a disgusting council flat in constant disrepair for over 2 years now and it just keeps getting worse instead of better despite efforts to try to fix this damn place. Cannot furnish and decorate etc or buy TV etc until the structural and maintenance issues of the flat are all repaired and resolved it needs renovation not just refurbishment it is in disgusting conditions but have nowhere else to go, no temporary accommodation no family or friends to live with until this hell hole is finally fixed and an actual home. Building is infested/invaded with mice and rats. 7 randomly snuck inside flat form flat below, 2 killed, 5 revolting dead ones found under floorboards which they were initially refusing to open up and remove this repulsive stinking things inside a kitchen cupboard space under floorboards, so still too disgusted to use kitchen. And need to clean and disinfect everything in the flat. Vile. Disgusting rodents coming from flat below so not my fault. Already a noisy disgusting and annoying old woman there and now dirty mice coming from there too. So messed up. And the gross and overbearing stench was so repulsive and will never deal with love or dead disgusting rodents ever again, seriously, need to privately and professionally get the whole flat both inside and outside rodent proofed permanently and don't need any permission to protect the flat, my things and myself. Will pay to get it fixed pr8they just use flimsy and flammable expanding foam and wire wool. Nasty, rude, lazy, stingy and cheap council who can't be asked to repair their own bloodycouncil property. They just don't care. With heinous and rude staff. They mostly hire the lowest of the low. Uselessness. Period. Disgusting. Fix ASAP everything or you can't call yourselves a council. Or will get repaired privately and will ask for compensation or something you can't even temporarily provide alternative accommodation during such a distressing, difficult and disgusting situation with so many still ongoing almost endless maintenance and disrepair issues. This flat has a lot of potential but you just don't give a damn about me as a council tenant with health issues or your own council property. Shame on you. And you won't get away with anything. Seriously.

The recycle centre is an absolute joke.You can’t book a time slot on the day so I thought I’ll pop up and see if it’s busy.It was very quiet on Monday 14th feb at around 3-30.Would they let me drop off some cardboard?? NO !!! Reason was..there are cameras so if you haven’t got a time slot I can’t let you in.Is this a sacking if common sense had been used ?

As always nothing but CRIMINALS running the council at HARROW can put up signs cameras and give out parking tickets like lightning but can't run any other services like empty bins and rubbish dumping

My Black Caddy bin was out during Christmas Week with Green Waste Bin. My Green bin was collected and my black bin was out. Bin man missed out. It’s telling me my black bin was not outside. What the rubbish is Council is Talking About.

Trying to get a council tax refund for my mum has been an impossible task! Harrow Council shame on you! You have over £1 million worth of refund to give back to residents but you make it impossible to upload the form. You owe her over £200 and claiming it back is a nightmare. I have been on hold for 45 minutes then I had to go online but the file did not upload and apparently my email does not exist. Awful and disappointing especially out of the pandemic.

I just come out of this building and the rudeness is unimaginable. I can’t speak to any human being, just the i-robot over the phone. I filled a form out correctly as I’m very aware of my own details but said I MUST of done it wrong? I sent emails over the last 2 months but must be sitting in email box heaven. That was why I needed to head into that building today for help and answers, but I was told there is no ‘people’ to help. Just a computer and a robot can only help me basically

👎👎👎👎⛔⛔⛔⛔ Bloody corrupted bustards,the same what Harrow citizen advice bureau.I was looking for help to get financial support or food voucher because my employer Mitchells and butlers-THIEVES didn't pay me for 2 months my salary.
I applied for pay my phone bill,and transport support like citizen ad.bureau told me ,but I didn't get anything of it only headache.They were hang up phone on me,lie that I will get my food parcel, delivered to my house,etc.
Today is 3rd day and what I end up with-overdraft on my bank account because I couldn't pay my bills.
Both of them is the same gang.They don't deserve to breathe on this planet.Is already too much pollution.
But listen to me carefully bustards-Jesus is coming and you will pay for everything what you done -He knows how to panish His children's enemies and then trunks on your elephants will dropped ✌️

Absolutely disgusted. This council and its staff are incompetent, arrogant, rude, grasping and stupid. I have wasted three hours today both waiting on hold (1 hr 45 minutes), making subsequent calls (6), being hung up on by a rude person called Francesca in council tax, and being directed to the wrong department.

This council needs to realise that it is a public servant, not our master.

Worst agents and liars working in this harrow Brockenhurst agency.They continuously ignored us whe we complained about the property.Specially Birju is a liar.They don’t know how to speak with clients.I don’t recommend this agents.Totally disgusting.

The tax department are incompetent and just out to make money through the bailiff's! They set the bailiff's on me before even ringing me and giving me a chance to pay the bill, I didn't even have a reference number so couldn't pay the bill even though I wanted too!!!

Their service is horrendous. Since one month, I am trying to cancel my council tax as I moved from there. They do not provide a direct contact number, nor the direct email address. Sent three times cancellation notification from their portal but never received any response from them. Now, I stopped my direct debit as they took the money for the following month. Please avoid this council - very expensive but the worst council in whole London. I would give them minus ★ but sadly that is not available. I think they do not care as well.

Do not go through to Harrow. It has so many CCTV cam that you can have a fine easily at any time.

Harrow council is the worst country in the UK. I don't think they have a plan besides turn what was once a nice town center into a concrete slum. Violence and crime has gone through the roof. Building more developments is not the answer. Harrow is already too overcrowded. I wonder if some of them that push schemes like this is for there own financial gain. It wouldn't surprise me. Either completely crooked or the most short sighted, badly run council in the land.
