Hardware Source had what I needed , it was priced economically , and delivered in the appropriate timeframe . A definite 'go to again' when hardware is needed !!

The quantity I ordered was not in stock at the warehouse, so Eddie send my order to the manufacturer so it could be shipped directly to my address.
He verified my order was in transit and confirmed the carrier.

Hardware Source had exactly the hinge I needed for my kitchen cabinets. What’s more, I was able to order just the part that had broken instead of the whole hinge.

The cabinet restraint chain is perfect for my application. I ordered the oil-rubbed bronze finish listed as 12" long with 8 anchor screws. The product is just as advertised and fit perfectly! The quality is better than I expected for the price. The chain is heavy-duty and constructed of material that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The end-anchors are well made & have four counter-sink holes to accommodate the beveled screws, ensuring a flush fit when installed. The oil-rubbed bronze finish is of very high quality and not simply painted on. I expect the finish will not rub off over time, as again it is obvious the manufacturing method is superior. I would highly recommend this product and seller.

They continued to guide me to the correct hinge. When I ordered the hinge, it was delivered in the time frame that was mentioned. The hinge fit as suggested when I installed it.
I guess you can only ask that returns were free, but they are not, but they did not lie about it and were up front about it. Honesty is more important than free returns.
