I ordered the wrong size scrubs. I emailed the company and within five minutes they responded to me saying they had amended the order without any inconvenience. I have purchased many of my scrubs from you over the years and i have never had any problem with you. They will always let you know if your order will be delayed. Which is great. Bought a few pairs of the koi sets for my team a couple of years ago the material was great, wanted to renew them so ordered six sets this time the material has changed and they are now 100% polyester so basically like cheap Shien scrubs won’t be ordering again.

Ordered two white tops for summer practice, to keep cool.
Order arrived with emblem embroidered on.
Fabric is sub quality, lining fabric thin, see-through, rubbish.
Won't accept a return as had embroidered them.
Product unfit for purpose. Don't bother.

I emailed Happy Threads this morning for copy invoices. Within minutes Olivia had emailed them to me.

I bought the koi basics scrubs and they’re amazing! They’re so soft and lightweight and fit really well- I’d recommend sizing up for comfort if you don’t like things that are too clingy. There’s no uncomfortable tags either. Plenty of pockets!!

I am genuinely the biggest fan of the Koi scrubs collection from Happy Threads. I have never had a better fitting pair of pants than my Koi scrub pants! They fit comfortably over my wide hips and I can wear them for hours and hours without any discomfort!! The tops are adorable too and provide a modest, feminine neckline. I went on a mini-elective to Vietnam and was asked by almost every other medical student where I had gotten my scrubs from! They are just so fantastic and I hope to build my Koi collection over time with some more girly colours!!! These are a must for any healthcare professional especially if you're a taller girly like me who struggle to shop elsewhere!!:)
