Extremely Disappointing Experience with Laparoscopy and Unprofessional Staff
I was admitted to this hospital for a laparoscopy procedure performed by Dr. Rehana Aamir. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was suffering from endometriosis and adenomyosis, and Dr. Aamir assured me that she would do her best to make me well. She informed me that she had removed my ovaries during the procedure, but I later discovered that this was not the case.
Additionally, the hospital staff, particularly the janitorial staff, were unprofessional and frequently asked for money, which added to the stress of my stay. Despite the high charges for treatment, the level of patient satisfaction is zero. They assured me that everything would be done correctly, but that did not happen in my case.
Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this hospital. I suffered a lot of pain and the outcome was not as promised.
