Hale Pet Door Bewertungen

pet door gives our girl the freedom to come and go as she pleases. Opens
to back yard which is all fenced and we close when it gets dark. In winter we don't leave it open all day ,but enough hours to give her freedom.

I had my wall mount dog door for 7 years before I replaced the flaps. Just ordered the new flaps and they are great quality and easy to install. My only issue was the shipping. I chose to pay extra for fed ex 2 day shipping but when you place the order it doesn't say that it's 2 days excluding weekends. You don't find out until you place the order and get your tracking number to check on fed ex's site. So my 2 day shipping turned out to be 5 days.

Was looking for a great quality metal dog door- the only ones available in Australia seem to be plastic. Found Hale Pet doors on a google search - great that website has instruction videos. When i emailed a query- i was answered within a day. Also the parcel arrived within 1 week after being dispatched. Now i just have to train the puppy to use it!

I've had my Hale Pet Security door for many years. I love it. It's so convenient for the dogs. The flaps needed replacing after 15+ years so I ordered replacement flaps from Hale. They arrived very quickly. It is very easy to order from their website. I highly recommend Hale pet doors because of the quality and service.

Not being handy, I've been looking for a finished ramp for our dog door for quite some time. I was nervous about buying online but the customer service was great and the product turned out perfect.

In wall unit with a Side slide door could use an optional rail extending from the unit. Without it the door tilts and get stuck and when you open it all the way it falls out and it's hard to get back in.

Service is fast and the product instructions are easy to follow.

Needed a couple dog doors. They came within days and have been perfect

The Hale doors are second to none ! My second door / install and it works and looks great. But.... recently purchased a new inner door and the shipping was an unbelievably high $17.50.... Even higher than thier own site described rates. I do a lot of online ordering and try to weed out those who jack up shipping for a little more profit. Underhanded way to make an extra buck, it doesn't reflect well on your name.

This double flap door lasted about 10 years! Finally started getting a crack or rip in the outside flap at the top, and that is with an 80lb bull terrier flying thru it. If I ever move I'm taking the whole back door with me, just to keep my pet door.

I ordered 2 replacement flaps and they only shipped one. I'm still waiting for the second one. You would have thought they would have expedited this missing one, but I'm still waiting. The original order was placed May 6. Today is 5-23. Also their products are extremely overpriced. $129 for 2 replacement flaps is excessive.

Everything about this door is fantastic. Hale made shopping on line easy with lots of information available about how to choose the right door size for your pet and how to install it with directions, supplies/tools needed and videos available before you purchase anything. Pet door took about two weeks to get here (reasonable considering it had to be made). Packaging is well designed to protect the door, easy to open and get all the parts out of the box (don't forget to look for the small bag of screws with a drill bit in the bottom of the box!).
WOW! That is what you are going to say when you see the door for the first time. The quality and craftsmanship are amazing! The clear flap doors and very pliable and the magnets really keep the door closed. With the dual flaps I do not anticipate any drafts through the door.
I tackled this project with my handy-man brother and I highly suggest you have a friend help you if it is a wall door. We followed the directions and all went well. We installed the door for my cats in a six inch thick wall (stucco, sheer plywood, bracing, insulation and 3/4" drywall). Cats have yet to try it, but they sure like to look through it. The adhesive to adhere the carpet is a bit smelly and I think that is what is deterring them at the moment.
Anyways, feel confident that this door is not over-priced. You are paying for quality.
My favorite things about this door? The rain flashing is just so darn cute! And the carpet really kicks it all up into the posh zone.

Customization and large selection of sizes to choose from.

We have had a Hale doggie door for about 10 years. Every so often we must order replacement flaps, which we did recently. The web site was easy to navigate. However, I am confused as to why we were required to create an account just to order flaps. Then after ordering the flaps we heard nothing from them. After 10 days I finally called them to ask what was going on. So, while I love the product, I think they need to make giant strides towards maintaining communication as to when the order is expected to arrive so that we don't feel abandoned! All arrived safe and sound even if slow.

Love the pet doors and easy to order replacement flaps. That said, I wish the shipping process was a little faster took 2 weeks to receive my replacement flaps. I would also like to see if they could improve their flaps to make them stand up better to harsh winters like we have in Minnesota.

Had an issue with the original door order due to how the door selection process determines what is a suitable door application. I contacted customer service via email and Hale Pet Door called me promptly the next day. Customer service resolved my issue with not extra cost and sent the correct door. The new pet door installed easily and works great.

Made in America is the first thing that drew me to this pet door. Ordered online and received within a week. Great quality and customer service.

Durable product. Shipping took quite awhile and we had to call them to get an update. Other than that, the product is high quality and our dog loves it!

Quality product and great customer service. A winning combination.

Quality door that stands up to the test of time. Just replaced our first door flap after 12 years
of use.
