Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Due to the high volume of orders we process on a daily basis, it’s not always possible for stock levels to update instantly, and on occasion items can be ordered that are temporarily out of stock.
As mentioned in our recent email to you, we are currently awaiting this stock and will arrange delivery as soon as it arrives.
We appreciate your patience and apologise again for the delay
Great product shame about the delivery.
The delivery driver just left the sand and sleepers on the communal green at the front of the house instead of the back as requested. As were a middle terrace we had to move 800 ton of sand and half a dozen sleeps manually ourselves down the road

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you’re happy with the product itself.
We do apologise that the delivery didn’t meet your expectations. All our deliveries are curbside, meaning the driver will bring goods as close to the property as possible. When a house is set back from the road, it is unfortunately the customer’s responsibility to move the items from the curb to the property.
We do make this clear in our delivery emails and on our website, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t fully understood. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and hope the timber and materials meet your needs.

Order query quickly resolved with a phone call.
Due to a minor online issue I had to contact the company to resolve a bit of confusion generated by my on line order. The member of staff I talked to was polite and professional and quickly rang me back with the explanation of the issue confirming the order was complete and processed.

Second time - just as good
Having had a very good experience a few weeks ago, I had no hesitation in ordering again from this supplier. Once again prices were very competitive including delivery and the delivery itself was excellent. The driver put the bags down exactly where required and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
