Quality and consistency of timber sleepers not as high as previous deliveries.
Varying section sizes and inconsistencies, warped faces, 50% classed as being suitable for accurate construction.

Good price but some of the timber had cracks and I did get c24 grade timber but overall was satisfied

Only feedback would be delivery window was all day, would be good to have a shorted window with in like 4hrs, or a tracker / what number you would be on route or even a 30min call beforehand would be ideal. Honest review here. There's a few things that went wrong in the process
- delivery date missed by a day (not the worst thing)
- initial delivery was missing items
- some battens were damaged
However, Halcyon were great at resolving all the issues above within a few days. No unnecessary delays and they were just on top of it all. When I called/emailed Halcyon, they were quick to respond and keen to get things sorted asap.
I'll definitely be using them again in the future.
