Gummobile 

I received the smart phone I ordered only 3 days after placing my order and was impressed with the speed with which it reached me in continental Europe. I was about to give Gummobile my 5 star rating, but waited a few days - just as well. It turned out that the phone has a fault and so I wrote to customer service who after a few emails back and forth offered me a choice of having it repaired at a local repair shop or them issuing a replacement (oddly there seems to be no ticket number assigned to the case). I went for the latter and that was the last I heard from them! That was a week ago. I have emailed them several times asking how I should procede but my emails are met with silence. I have tried phoning several times, but after a few rings an automated voice says they are busy and to call back later. I am really fed up with Gummobile and a phone that does not work. I only hope that this is good old fashioned incompetence and not something more sinister.

Not much else to say.....Everything was 1ST class.....would happily deal with them again...

my nexus s was dispatched 30 minutes after order. Great ! And I got it on the next day!

I ordered a phone on sunday, to be delivered to Italy, and in tuesday I got the phone. With some sweets as present. Next time I would prefer chips.

I was worried about ordering the Google Nexus S as I already canceled another order in Germany as the phone could not be shipped. I asked then Gum Mobile if they had it in house, they said yes, I ordered, and the next day the phone was at my home in Milano Italy. Everything as promised, UK version, perfect. I got a great service and I will buy again in future from them.

I ordered my HTC Trophy and as promised it was dispatched within 24 hours. The phone was delivered in time and seller answered on my question within 3 working hours or so. The price was the best on the web. The good point is that if you place the order it means the phone is in stock, not like on some another companies where you can pay for out of stock item and wait....

i order the phone at 4 pm, 3 days later was in my hands. Good prices and customer service is fast to answer at all your requests

i bought a mobile phone on monday and got it on thursday in malta great site and great prices a++++++++

ordered at 5pm and had the phone in my hands by 11am next day. very helpful and friendly...recommended, I will be back
