This review stands as a warning!!
This review stands as a warning to the Aerospace Industry as well as any potential employees. This company has an extremely toxic work environment led by the CEO and his "C-Suite". Heard one day from the CEO "oh I love being in Private Equity I can just fire people when I want." Internal pricing borders on gouging led by their VP of Sales and "Customer Development". This "Customer Development" also seems to include accepting Purchase Orders then canceling them later when they are not profitable. Delivery times for important parts to Aerospace are delayed not just weeks but months. The internal attitude towards this is "well the customer can try to have someone else build these parts but no one else can, so too bad". Hourly employees are left in the dark as to the probable future if this company. Exempt employees are expected to work very long hours with no additional compensation, and viewed negatively if they don't arrive early and stay late. Parts are known to be shipped against customer protocols on the last day of a financial period so that billing looks good for the month or year, with the knowledge they will be shipped back, to pad the bottom line of that particular financial period. The rot internally in this company is staggering. Sadly its one of the biggest employers of good hard working hourly employees who are highly skilled but not valued. If you are considering placing a Purchase order or working for this company think again.
