I was lucky enough to win a set of planters together with a fabulous selection of herbs and lavender. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I really did not realise the impact that these planters make when mounted on my garden wall! I can't tell you the compliments I have received. The plants were in perfect condition and are growing beautifully in their planters. Thank you so much and I know at least two people who will be buying them in the future!

A fantastic service, product, and value. I was tempted to go for more of a DIY approach to save some money, but I'm so happy I didn't. Matt and Karen's support made all of the difference and it was money well spent.

Excellent green wall product
Excellent product making installing a green wall great fun and quick! Attention to detail is very good, love the water indicators :) I went for the plant option so no need to go to garden centres and try to work out what to buy, even came with compost! Most systems are wall mounted where as Plantbox is floor standing and just needs tying back to the wall for stability. For my location, this was the only option so thoroughly pleased I'd found it! Highly recommended :)

Firstly thank you for your order. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your order and our customer care. We take any service issues very seriously, so this has been escalated to me to look into.
I can see from your order that you ordered 15 of our PlantBox Living Wall Planters and our Watering Kit.
This order would therefore have arrived in 3 packages. When I've looked at the Proof of Delivery from our courier, and checked dispatch records, I can confirm that all 3 packages have been received, in pristine condition, and signed for by yourself on 3rd August 2023 - 4 working days after ordering.
We will contact you again to resolve any misunderstandings, but I can also confirm this is the first time anything like this has ever been reported and we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your new living wall purchase!

Best Living Wall kit on the market
I researched a lot into living wall kits and this is my far the best one available. The boxes assemble and stack so easily, yet are strong and have a very smart irrigation system. The supplied plants were also of high quality, and enabled the wall to look amazing from day one. I cannot recommend enough. Also, a big thank you to Matt for all his help with spec’ing the plants.

Just what was required
Ordering was simply and the delivery was swift.
The boxes were easy to put together and mount on the wall. Watering will be easier thanks to the reservoirs and hopefully the plants will be happy in their new home!
