ordered greenhouse as stated as in stock and 5/7 days delivery, received text next day from manufacturer that order had been received and further message would be sent when dispatched. 3 weeks later no message and no response to emails or calls to Greenhouse stores. Phoned Manufacturer (Palram) who said order should not have been taken as item is out of stock and has been for months, apparently Greenhouse stores are renowned for taking payment for items they do not have in stock and then blame supplier for issues. still unable to contact Greenhouse stores but credit to Palram who have offered discount on accessories as compensation as soon as stock is renewed which is in about 2/3 weeks.

To start with I was very happy with my dealings with this company. Greenhouse arrived promptly with 2 things missing. I spoke to Ian and decided to cancel one of the missing parts and he processed a refund. 2 weeks later the refund hadn't appeared so I again contacted Ian who reiterated it had been processed. I decided to call and talk to him about it and also ask if he knew when the other missing part was likely to be delivered. What happened next I still can't quite believe. The phone was answered by Matt and when I explained why I was ringing he became extremely aggressive telling me they'd already told me that they'd processed it and i was being passive aggressive and talking over him. He ranted on and although I tried to explain I was only trying to talk to him he slammed the phone down! I called back and when I asked if it was him who slammed the phone down he said no my name is Matthew. He then started his very aggressive rant again and when I asked if I could speak to someone else he said no and slammed the phone down again!

Hi I recently purchased a 4x2 lean to,arrived early,amazingly,however the instruction booklet is impossible to understand,utterly useless.If there's anyone out there who can put it together for me please make contact,i'm in HP6 5PU postcode area.Any help greatly appreciated

I placed an order for an expensive greenhouse in August. They took full payment at the time. I was told delivery was 16 weeks.
It is now February - 6 months later - and I still can’t get a meaningful commitment from them.
There is nothing to gain by cancelling my order now - but I would like to save others from the same exasperation I am feeling.

Sadly this is still ongoing.
I live with disability. A charity kindly purchased a greenhouse for me and I my son to help us cope with lockdown- from July 2020.
Customer service have been cruel and unkind. Missing parts yet they have tried to drag information that they could easily find but I struggled with and they refuse to send the missing parts until we fulfil their detailed questioning. I’m so tired and depressed by it all yet cannot get a refund as I’d get less because there’s missing parts. Unbelievably cruel company. When this is over I would avoid this company as they have no heart.

Took money for a greenhouse. Then sent an email saying it would be up to 30 weeks before delivery. After two months they made no contact. When I chased my emails were ignored and nobody picked up the phone. The delivery company they work with was similarly unhelpful with the lady in customer service actually hanging up on me.

After waiting months and months for delivery, we were expecting a pleasent delivery. However the delivery guy was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. All we asked was for him to drop the items at our back door instead of the front door, but he refused this request, even though it wouldn't have taken that long at all.
Very poor customer service.

I placed an order on 11th July for an item in stock. which should have beend deliverd in 30.worling days. After chasing up the order in September. I was told it was to rushed to be as was unacceptable. its now October for delivery. which is not acceptable.to.have that money out my account. The gentleman I spoke with (Ian) then calls me an idiot and cancels my order.

3 month later im stilll out of pocket and nothing to show. accept various breaches of contract.

PLEASE DON'T BUY at Greenhouse stores!!! I purchase green house 5 months ago. Full payment in May. Delieved this week with missing parts. The steel base is missing and the rain kit is not there. Don't know how this could be resolved. Talking to these guys it's immpossible and so time consuming.

Do NOT order if theses guys as they told me my order will take 30 weeks to arrive. What a joke!!

On 11th May 2020, I purchased a 2x6 Halls Wall Garden Lean to Greenhouse from the online retailer Greenhouse Stores. At the time, it was advertised on their website that a free greenhouse base plinth would be provided with the purchase of a Halls Greenhouse, which was one of the factors influencing my decision to buy it.
Unfortunately, when I finally received the order on 17th July 2020, the greenhouse arrived without a base plinth. I queried this with Greenhouse Stores, who advised that the offer applied only to “freestanding” greenhouses, and not “lean to” greenhouses. This was not specified in the original offer.
I believe that Greenhouse Stores has been misleading in their advertisement, either by not clearly displaying, or by omitting important information relating to the offer, and retrospectively claiming that their offer only applied to a subset of Halls Greenhouses. In so doing, they affected the consumer’s ability to make an informed decision about whether or not to purchase their products, thereby contravening the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.Beware of this cowboy retailer .Juliana who make the greenhouse should consider not to deal with this greenhouse store retailer that had a bad name.

Beware of Swallow greenhouses. This company failed to honor their contract but still retained the deposit. They were to install a lean-to greenhouse on our garage. I sent them a photo of the site and pointed to an issue about height. No response was given. On arrival they said that installation was not possible. But one day later they took the deposit. Not a reliable company.

Never use Greenhouse Stores. Lied about delivery time of particular product on their website. Unreachable on contact number. Zero and terrible customer service. I do not recommend company.

I had a 8x6 ft greenhouse delivered a few weeks ago and just got round to putting this up. One pane was cracked and I cracked the air vent. I emailed GH Stores on Monday and received a response back on Tuesday. The same day I had a text and message to say the parts were being sent and I would receive them in 21 days. This would have been great but even better was that I received the parts today, Thursday.
I am ok with things being wrong but its how they are resolved that tells me a company values my custom.

I am pleased my Suncast shed it provides an attractive addition to my garden. The shed was delivered in good time considering the current lockdown restrictions and it only took anl afternoon to put it together.

Greenhouse arrived only a couple of days later than advertised which with all things considered wasn't bad at all.
arrived well packaged and complete and instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow.
I had communication from both Greenhouse stores and Palram even if it wasn't in response to my emails so cant moan.
I thought I'd better re review Greenhouse store as sometimes people can review whilst waiting for items and this may reflect on the business poorly.
Was happy with my purchase and dealings with Greenhouse Stores, I would recommend and I would order from them again.

The halls greenhouse is decent but the guys at Greenhouse stores were just not responsive to questions. They did add extra products to my order via email but when they didn't arrive with the main I emailed them numerous times and got no response. I did speak to the people at Juliana (who make the greenhouse) who were excellent so they really should think about using a third party that is giving them a bad name.

On day 11 of my order had text msg from Palram and an email from Ian at greenhouse store giving me an update and apologising for the delay. Was starting to worry but have faith in these trying times.

Trying to get in touch with this company is impossible. I have tried ringing multiple times leaving messages, sent numerous emails to no avail.
Fortunately I paid by credit card so hopefully will get my money back (over £400).

Like others I have chasing for an update on my order number 90599 for the past three weeks via phone and email and have just been ignored. All I have asked for is an expected delivery as when I ordered it said they were delivering as normal. I now feel I’ve been robbed so will have to raise an issue with my credit card company. Many companies are experiencing difficulties during this pandemic but are managing to communicate with their customers. Very poor show.
