The hole holiday was great. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly, helpful all the time. I was very impressed overall. The food was amazing too. Had a great holiday and enjoyed everyday that was there.thank you all.

Our Tuscan Castle package was an amazing deal; The property was amazing, our flights and car hire were all perfect and communication throughout from Great Value Holidays was excellent.

Fabulous hotel, lovely setting. Communication from yourselves everything we needed.

Hotel very basic and in a 60 s time warp --coulnt get anything to eat on arrival at 3pm ,dinner was prompt 7.30pm --like being at school --very disappointing
Itinerary change when we arrived --we had arranged to meet friends on the original scheduled date to visit Capri --boat journey horrendous back and to Capri --overall Capri disappointing
I thought there was also Limoncello tasting experience --this was go to x shop and they will give you a taste --didnt bother --whole package with Great value holidays very misleading

Good value package of flights, accommodation and car in a great Tuscany location.

Spotted the deal via Travelzoo and booking was straightforward. Documentation duly arrived. Had to contact them about wheelchair assistance at the airport and spoke to someone who was unsure of my request - as the flight booking with Jet2 was booked via GVH, Jet2 asked that I arranged this through the provider not them - and then I received a voicemail saying this had been discussed with managers and I had to sort it direct with the airline (I did manage to resolve this with Jet2 subsequently). Other than knowing there were return transfers booked as part of the package no information was sent about what this looked like and what arrangements were in place. Despite that, transfers were available following discussion with the hotel. Overall experience was pretty much just the booking, a good price for a good hotel and prompt distribution of booking paraphernalia just felt a bit in the dark after that as there was no further communication.

Great experience from booking, to travel, to the superb hotel. My daughter and I booked a wellness getaway to Montenegro through Great Value holidays and it certainly was...great value! Brand new wellness hotel Siro Boka Place, had everything you could want, was spotlessly clean, the food offer was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to greet you at every opportunity, friendly and helpful.
My first booking with Great Value Holidays and would definitely book again, paperwork came through immediately and had several emails regarding extras that could be added if required, travel was seamless and great hotel at a great price, we couldn't ask for more!

Everything went according to plan , from flights to transfers. The hotel was lovely, very helpful and friendly staff. The food at the hotel was great but one criticism I would have is that the food was always just luke warm .

A great holiday. Everything went smoothly thanks to the comprehensive documentation and instructions issued by Great Value Holidays, which arrived with us in plenty of time prior to departure.
The location and hotel were terrific and exceeded our expectations.
The whole thing was great value for money. Thank you It was really good.

The itinerary was good. Enjoyed the river cruise, the train journey to Pinhau and the hotel in Alijo was really nice. We did feel the Log Porto Hotel was quite a distance from the main centre and old town and we were unable to do the Porto tasting at Quinta da Boeira as it was closed on Sunday and Monday when we were in Porto. There was a little hiccup with the train time and tickets but otherwise it was a well organised trip.

Had a great short break at reasonable cost , hotel was first class . Flights were ok Easy jet so you have to pay for a bag . Will definitely use these again

A good value holiday that delivered what it said it would.

Transfers run smoothly apart from getting to hotel and found double bed small room which I asked for twin ! Then said I pay for 1 extra rooms which we had and was lovely but got charged €660 which was more than my holiday which included my flight and HB ! And have paid that on leaving Saturday which I asked about reduction they said take it up with company !.
