Update: only after I posted this review, GraphicSprings sent me an email offering to either finish the service or give me a refund. I asked for a refund since I had already bought and received a finished logo from another more reputable service. Because of the fact they admitted having made a mistake (albeit after fighting my credit card dispute and only after my review here), I upgraded the review to 2 stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Total scam. I paid $149 for a custom logo that was never delivered. All they did was send me a watermarked draft and never responded to my edit requests. Tried to appeal my credit card charge but they alleged they “delivered” the service. DO NOT use them!

They worked fast and professional with good results

I ordered a custom logo on 10/2/23 and paid the $49 that same day. I got my logo image on 10/5/23. Not a 24 hour turn around time, as promised. I emailed them later in the day on 10/5/23 with logo revisions. It needs a few small adjustments. It is now 10/16/23 and I still have not received a revised logo image from them. They do not have a 24 hour turn around time, even during the week. It is a joke. The design they gave me in nothing more than clip art. I could have done that. I do not recommend them. The promises they make never happen. I did not get my original image within 24 hours and have not received any communication back about a revision to the design. It's been 11 days day. It's ridiculous!!! I do not recommend using this company for your logo design.

I WISH I WOULD OF READ OTHER REVIEWS AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM PRIOR TO GIVING THEM MY $49. I SENT THEM A PICTURE OF OUR CURRENT LOGO AND TOLD THEM IN DETAIL HOW I WANTED TO FRESHING IT UP FROM A SILHOUETTE CHARACTER TO A CARTON CHARACTER WITH FACIAL FEATURES AND MORE COLOR. 3 DAYS LATER THEY EMAIL ME AN ALL BLACK SILHOUETTE THAT IS FREE CLIPART ANYONE CAN USE AND FIND BY DOING A GOOGLE IMAGE SEARCH. I THEN REPLIED TO THAT EMAIL AND ALSO THE CONTACT FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE AND 10 DAYS LATER NO RESPONCE. THEY STOLE MY $49 AND RAN!!!! WILL BE FILING A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE.

Awesome logo just what I was looking for!

I have had the chance of using Graphic Springs several times, and it is always a great experience. I like to use the editor to make small changes myself, but more recently I had the opportunity to buy a custom made design. I got everything I had asked for and it was done very quickly.

I highly recommend the service and products that Graphic Springs offers.

So far, so good. Had two minor tweaks needed and these were done quickly, with one-day turnaround times from the designer, via email.
Charge was an immediate $49, which I consider fair for a quick, simple logo design with "we make it right" policies. That's well worth my time as an IT pro (but without Adobe :)

It was refreshing at how user friendly this was. It was easy to navigate compared to some other confusing sites I tried. The quality of the end product was good so I will use this site again in the future.

I asked for a seal logo for my pen name. The first cut was not what I wanted. I emailed back examples from the web, and the team promptly send back 2nd revision. I emailed back another example found on the web for fine tuning. The 3rd revision was head-on. The 5-star review was justified on the prompt revisions, the efficient communication via email (no need for phone calls), and the end result.

Needed a logo for a writing project, and found Graphic Springs. Ordered a logo and got it within a day, I'm very satisfied with the product I received, may use this service again in the future.

I bought a great logo & clicked on $39.99 package. Shockingly when I checked my account I was charged over double the amount. I have mailed them several times, contacted them on Twitter & Instagram. Only had 2 mail responses saying I have paid for a package which includes an ‘account manager’.
How they can find it acceptable to charge an amount which is not displayed before payment is made? They are scamming their customers & ruining their business reputation. Which is a shame as their products are good. But still NO REFUND, despite contacting them several times & having a so called ‘account manager’.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Chose the standard package at $39.99 and was charged £74.95.

Contact form on website does not work, neither does the chat, sent email to support and no response.

Seems to be a common thing to charge whatever they like, think I was lucky as I can see by other reviews that some people got charged a lot more.

UPDATE : Sent original email to that address on the 14/07, have sent again, will update in a weeks time if I have had a reply/refund.

UPDATE 25/07/22

After a couple of emails from Graphic Springs saying I had purchased the platinum package at $39.99 and received this at a discounted price which I have not I have a standard pacakge and they had over charged, they have now refunded the over payment and the money is back in my account.

Seems like a scam. Advertised $19.99 for a basic logo which does very little, then charged my credit card $48.99. No responses from their customer service email address.
