He kept us informed at all times throughout the process. He was also very helpful with keeping the upward chain progressing which wasn’t easy given how awkward the other estate agent and their vendor was. I would absolutely recommend him.

We had some challenges with the house we were buying and were concerned we'd loose our chain but these guys managed everything brilliantly.
