Whilst a .co.uk website they are Chinese, nothing wrong with that butits not clear and the delivery times are long

I left a previous negative review stating the slow delivery times. I’ve subsequently removed that as it was rightly pointed out the delivery times are posted on the website so it was an oversight on my part.

However I’ve now received the goods and the packaging was damaged and open. Given these are being sent from China you would hope they would be packaged better.

The jersey itself is ok quality. The fit is a bit baggy and it contains a few minor clicks - not show stoppers themselves but slightly disappointing given the price, delivery times and again, poor packaging.

Three weeks after placing my order with Grannygear, I have not received the goods and the shipping status has remained static from my confirmation email.

This is the first time I have used this company and if this is typical service it will be the last.

Ordered Scottish cycling jersey on 15th March- still not arrived and says been in transit since 22nd. Not impressed

I recently dug out the top I purchased from Granny Gear last summer and thought I would leave a review. The top has been through several wash cycles and the colour has not faded at all! I am overall very happy with the quality of this product.
I do remember the top taking 15 working days to arrive, however this was made clear at the checkout before I paid. The customer service team were very helpful and kept me up to date with my order.
I plan to use Granny Gear to add to my collection!

I ordered a Colourful Triangles Cycling Jersey on 23rd Feb and received it yesterday 12th March. When I ordered the item, I didnt notice the warning, it can take 10 to 15 days working days to deliver. I did an online Chat session a few times which was reassuring, because it took a week before it was said to be dispatched and then more days to be dispatched to Royal Mail? Tracking system seemed stuck and no emails I sent were responded to but I did get a discount, spinning the wheel, and overall I am happy with my order, even if the colour isnt quite the same as the website picture.
The Chat person is efficient so if patience is your forte, then the product is worth the wait.

Great service. I've ordered 2 tops separately on GG now (Multi-coloured geometric jersey & Red England jersey). I had a query on the sizing and they were quick to email back.

Both jerseys took 2 weeks to arrive (which was expected). They fit comfortably and look just as advertised. Now just waiting for the sun to come out so I can get back out there!

Do not use. Ordered a Welsh cycling top for a Christmas present - a Scottish one arrived instead!!! I contacted them and they said they would send out a replacement, still hasn’t arrived and now they are not responding to any of my emails, website chat.

22/02 - have now received a refund.

I can only repeat what other disappointed customers have said here: unexplained delivery delays, followed by failure to deliver at all, then the failure to provide a working tracking system, or even a working help line or email address (my email enquiries bounced back). Be warned, avoid purchasing from this company I’m not sure it even exists beyond crediting it’s account with customer payments.

Awful company with terrible customer service. Took two weeks to arrive from ordering only for me to receive completely the wrong order. Their generic email address does respond quickly but offers no solutions to the mistake other than to offer money back rather than just shipping the right order. Month since I raised this issue with their customer service team, still no indication of the correct order even having been prepared let alone sent out. Would not recommend.

Ordered a cycling shirt, took 2 weeks to arrive which is stated on the website. However shirt came directly from China which I wasn’t aware of. Received the completely wrong item and have no telephone number or address to return it too. No reply to emails or via their Facebook page. Terrible customer service!
