Customer care seems to be well down the priority list.
We’ve just picked up the keys to a property marketed by Graham Butt.
We had to work for it. An ansaphone message we left during office hours asking if we could pick up the keys went unanswered, necessitating a trip to the local branch where the person behind the desk was browsing online for handbags.
They casually mentioned that the keys were located at another branch prompting another journey to the second branch.
So, regrettably, this is a story of the client having to do the leg work that might reasonably have been expected to have been done by the estate agent. Seemingly surfing the internet is more important than answering phone calls or replying to ansaphone messages.
