Horrible car seats. The headrest rattle so bad that a child with autism or other issues would go absolutely nuts having to listen to the noise. The noise drove me nuts just driving without my granddaughter in it. When I confronted Graco about the issue, they gave no solutions. They just indicated that "headrest rattle", that is the way they are. WELL, my past car seat & the new car seat don't - SO now what, Graco? How is it even logically or ethical for a baby seat to rattle so bad that it could cause a child issues? NOT OKAY. Horrible customer service response. Graco needs to fix the issue or remove the car seats from the sales market PERIOD. I even have a video of my granddaughter dealing with the noise. It was HORRIBLE

I accidentally ordered the wrong stroller so I simply wanted to return it and purchase another. First of all, they wouldn't just exchange it, they made me do a full return. Second of all, they never gave me the money for the full return and are adamant that they have. I am extremely careful with my money and keep track of everything and they even gave me a date of when the money went in, and there is nothing there! Now they just ignore me when I try to get in contact with them. I'm never buying their products again and have got everyone I know to boycott them. If you are smart you'll do the same

I purchased a pack n play. I had no idea they came in different sizes. I purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond before they went out of business, therefore I am unable to get my online receipt. I had my first grandchild and I can't use it. I tried to purchase a foam mattress to fit inside it. That is when I found out that mine was as uncommon small size. It's brand new and Graco will not help me without a receipt. I only have the $183 purchase on my credit card bill. I will never purchase anything Graco again. They would not help me at all. I can't produce a receipt from a company that went out of business. The pack and play is useless.

If I could give negative 5 stars a would. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They downright lie and tell you an issue is fixed come to find out it is not. I sent a high chair to the wrong address. I called IMMEDIATELY. Nothing they could do. It’s “locked can’t cancel the order can’t change the address.” They told me I had to wait til it ships and then they’ll re route it with fed ex. Nothing was happening so I kept calling. spoke to 15 different people finally one woman told me they spoke to fed ex and had it re routed successfully to my address. Turns out that was a lie. I spoke to fed ex and it was never done. The item is still heading to North Carolina. 9 hours from where I live. I will never purchase anything from that website ever again.

When a product has a expiration date you should not be sending a carseat that's already 3 years old. I would have bought used for a lot cheaper if I wanted that. I've tried to contact them 3 times about this and left a review that never posted.

Purchased a brand new stroller , paid over 600$ to hope it would last for more than one kid. Nope thing broke after 2 years .. rarely used it. It not longer folds up which makes it useless and unable to bring it places with me as it clearly doesn’t fit in my car. Graco offered me 20$ rebate. Such a slap in the face .

Customer service is terrible. I love Graco products, however, I will no longer be purchasing any more items they produce. I never received my stroller nor did I receive a refund. When you call customer service their attitudes are distasteful and you can tell they do not admire their line of work. Nothing is being done to resolve this issue. No managers to escalate to or anything. Overall if you order a graco item try ordering from Target or Amazon. They do price match and their customer is outstanding.

I got defected stroller from Walmart. I called graco and resolved the issue. Arranged pick up of my product and shipped new same product at 0 cost. Great customer service. Thanks.

Ordered portable bouncer replacement for my pack n play through customer service and received a seat wire that was too large and not the right part for this model. I placed another order for the seat wire for my model # and still was incorrect wire. I contacted customer service twice and have had no response . I want the correct wire or a refund for both orders. My reference # is 29087670.

I bought graco car seat. We could not get the lower strap to tighten down to the vehicle seat. After looking deeper into reviews there were many that had the same problem.

Bought a Graco product that needed a specific accessory to be used. Later realized that this accessory could not be purchased in Canada so I wanted to return the product which I had purchased on Amazon.ca. However I had thrown the box away and Amazon’s return window had closed. Contacted Graco. Customer service was very helpful and efficient and they provided me with a return label to return the product directly to Graco for a full refund. Very surprised and pleased with the customer service experience.

We love our Graco seats. We have bought plenty and they are always easy to move and install. My kids are comfy and safe.

From the Graco Baby website I bought 2 expensive child car seats that are good for 10 years from date of manufacture.
One seat was already 15 months old when it arrived. I requested a newer seat and was told no. Seats have 3 year shelf life and there is no guarantee I won't get a 3 year old seat. So I would not be getting a seat usable for 10 years.
Was not allowed to reorder seats at price I paid in Nov 2019. Had to buy cheaper seats because the ones I wanted were a $100 more than original order date.
Buyer beware. Check manufacture date when they arrive. If it's more than a year old send it back.
When I put a Graco requested review on their website it was denied because it was not positive.
