Zero stars if I could. Order 2 bracelets and a necklace. Necklace is just ugly, and bracelets don't even fit on your wrist. Tried customer service,which is horrible. I can keep my things and get 60 then 70% off my next order. Why would I want to keep 2 things that don't fit, much less order something else. Says company is in London, yet if you mail it back, goes to China. Dont waste your money, cause you will not get it refunded

Oh my god! Horrible and in non accountability for this product! 99 percent copper, what a joke. Total scam!!! My ring, totally wore off that copper color to reveal maybe stainless steel underneath, threw it in the garbage, cup? 😩 made in china and stainless steel steel, made in china with a copper coloring on the outside. I wld advise, don’t waste your money on their scam! But up to you. ☹️ sooo dissatisfied!

Found the site so easy. Once I placed the order the customer service was incredible. They notified me immediately that my order was being prepared, did I want to change anything or possibly upgrade. Talked me as if we were old friends. Made me feel I had made the right decision.

Bought 2 copper bracelets. 1 I had no problem with beautiful, the other the "vein bangle" started turning and I had bought the "life time guarantee" on both. Reached out to the company to just replace for a different bracelet. I was offered a :deal: at 50% my next purchase and no return. I said no I have the warranty. They then offered 60%, I said no, I would like a replacement equivalent to the one I bought that was turning or a full refund. Their final offer wad 70% and my final was if they could not back the warranty why would I purchase or give them any money? Their return address was in China and I would have to pay shipping. So, this is their review and I will go to the bank with fraudulent charges since they are not guaranteeing their "lifetime warranty".

Disgusting ,still awaiting refund. Reported to bank and hope they can help as company is offering 10%

I order a bracelet and ring from this amazing maker designer. I am delighted with the quality and the service was very personal and the advise . I have a problem causing my knuckles to enlarge and lumps form . Viking syndrome !!! I’m hoping the copper will stop or calm this for me 🤗 thank you again for the amazing quality 🙏

Don’t ever order from these people. It’s a total rip-off. Their product comes from China. And of course it’s sized for Chinese wrists and anklets, which seem to be a lot smaller than American wrists and anklets. This company totally sucks, as you cannot get a refund. They offer you up to 70% off your next order, as if … crooks

If I could give a zero star review, I would.
It shows a woman making her own jewellery handcrafted one piece at a time however when my so-called copper jewellery started peeling off with metal underneath and asked to return it, they told me I had to send it back to China at my own expense. At first they offered me a 20% off a future purchase then a 40 then a 50 then a 70. This is not real copper jewellery do not buy from this company.

So I ordered an anklet as I am a nurse and can't wear a bracelet! But a bracelet is what I received!measuring under 20 cm and my ankle measures 23cm! It's not as if I have huge ankles! I have offered to post a pic with tape measure! Despite several messages back and forth ( I can copy them here if anyone doubts my sincerity) they have only offered me a reduction in future order and not a replacement for my original order! Please be aware! What you order may not be what you receive! Plus my bracelet looks like it is wearing off so called copper!

The ring i received is not copper. And like all the reviews, they will not refund.

All the emails I have sent they keep saying because I have worn it.

⭐ ZERO STARS – Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service

I would give zero stars if I could! I purchased a bracelet from Grace’s Copper Jewellery , only for the copper colour to start peeling off. The quality is absolutely terrible, and certainly not what I expected.

What makes this experience even worse is the appalling customer service. When I raised the issue, they refused to give me a refund, despite the bracelet clearly not being fit for purpose.

A company should stand by the products it sells and treat its customers fairly, but that certainly hasn’t been my experience.

Save your money and avoid this company. I would not recommend Grace’s Copper Jewelry to anyone. Extremely disappointed!

Not 99.9% copper mine had broken through work , looks like metal inside with a copper cover or paint. Cost was high for such a poor product. Would not recommend.

Horrible product! Not a smidge of pure copper unless maybe the coating they use on silver colored metal…. Won’t refund me for their false advertising and horrible product. Coating wore of within days of wearing!

They honestly don’t deserve any stars, Bought my mother a gift for her birthday, they sent the wrong item. They asked for proof I sent them it, the nerve they had to say that they can only offer me a 20% Refund or 70% off another item!!!

When I told them that they had sent the incorrect item, they offered me a percentage off of something else, but are refusing to send what I actually ordered, or to refund my £52. Awful scamming company.
