Very nice metal toilet roll holder
Very nice metal toilet roll holder. I like the fact that it screws directly to the wall. I would have given 5 stars if it had included screws as well.

Appalling company
Appalling company. Sold me a faulty picture light in the sale. Shifted blame onto us for not fitting bulbs properly or not installing correctly. I got a different electrician round to fix it and he said the product was faulty. They stopped communicating with me and no offer for refund. I ended up buying one from John Lewis because at least you can rely on their customer service. Avoid!
Update: After G&G responded to this review, I sent them the thread with my unanswered email in Jan 2025 and they responded to say that they couldn't see my email on their system and must not have received it. When I looked back on my l history I had emailed about orders previously that had also gone unreplied. Funny how they are so quick to get back to a bad review and so slow to respond to an actual customer query. Reason I only posted the review now was because I finally purchased a replacement light elsewhere and the electrician who checked the Grace & Glory one confirmed it was a faulty product as the new John Lewis one went in fine, so no issue with electrics and bulbs had been changed twice so no issue there either.

This is a really unfair, inaccurate review for an order that is over one year old (which is odd). To confirm, our emails to you to try and rectify this problem went unanswered. We've checked our email thread and the notes on our system and we are more than happy that we did what we could to try and sort this problem out. Lastly, we feel your use of the word appalling is very unjust and not necessary.

Quality products
The products from Grace & Glory are always such good quality. You need to pay a little bit more but it is 100% worth it. We've bought several items for our front door (handles, escutcheons, knocker) and they are all fantastic. Everything is delivery really fast too.

Really lovely door knobs
