Superb service from first contact…
Superb service from first contact through to delivery. Efficient slick process, good to do business with an organisation that are organised, have excellent line of communication, quick response access to database of stock. Payment system was easy, overnight delivery outstanding, fully informed throughout. Overall a great organisation to deal with, obviously value customers that is sometimes not always apparent in some lines of business.

Good price/flexible on return story wrong size
Good price, good service and very helpful and very flexible with returns. I had picked wrong helmet size and they arranged free collection and delivery of replacement next size up helmet. Great!

It took a while for the product to…
It took a while for the product to arrive but I realise from your communications that it was beyond your control, the persons I sent it to (it was for their newborn) are very pleased and would have chosen the same item. however you got my name wrong on the billing address but it was all ok in the end

Very efficient company and excellent product
Karting helmet was delivered on time, well packaged and exactly as described. My grandson was very happy lad on Christmas morning!

Poor Customer Service
The website was incorrect regarding the lead time of the product when I ordered, stating 5-10 days delivery. It was only when I chased them close to Christmas was I informed the item was completely out of stock and on back order with the supplier.
I can almost forgive the incorrect website information, but this could have been easily resolved by informing me of the problem, instead I had to contact them to find this out, and because of the delay I was unable to source a replacement gift.

Hello Richard I am sorry if our service has failed to meet our high standards on this occasion. I can see that we emailed on the 18th December to let you know of the delay with your order as the supplier could not deliver stock in time for Christmas. in the same email we also offered you an alternative size in case it may have been helpful. I am not sure if you received our email which may have gone into you junk folder perhaps.

I had confidence in this company
My Grandson s Christmas present wasn't in stock. I was told they expected it before Christmas but couldn't guarantee delivery. 23rd December they processed and Christmas Eve afternoon delivered. He was over the moon and I was very Happy. I felt confident that if they received the stock that they'd get it to me. Thank you.
