Go wallpaper were great. I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper, but didn't start decorating till weeks later.i ran out by one strip and had to order another roll. Sent a message with my order to see if they had same batch no. and wallpaper was delivered next day. No problem.

We are sorry to hear that the paper has not quite met your expectations. We would, however, like to reassure you that the wallpaper supplied is a standard-quality wallpaper within this particular price range and is manufactured to be suitable for normal domestic use and application.
Wallpaper can vary considerably in weight, finish, texture and overall feel depending on the price and type of product. Some of the more premium wallpapers are produced using heavier or more substantial materials and will naturally feel different when handled. The wallpaper you have purchased is positioned at a more affordable price point, so it is important to compare it with other products within the same price range rather than with premium or luxury wallpapers.
The product images are intended to show the design, colour and overall appearance of the wallpaper once applied, but photographs cannot always convey the exact feel, thickness or texture of the paper when handled. This can sometimes lead to the product feeling different from what a customer expected when first receiving it.
That said, the most important test is how the wallpaper looks once it has been properly prepared and hung. We hope that once it is on the wall, you will be pleased with the finished appearance and that it achieves the look you were hoping for.

Found this paper locally but too…
Found this paper locally but too expensive ,found it with GoWallpaper less expensive exactly the same !
Order arrived very quickly no issues ,was put up last week and it looks amazing !
My only gripe is the cost of sample !Maybe good idea would be to refund part of this cost to customers that go ahead and purchase .
