It takes them a week to process the order to begin with. They give the impression that certain items are in-stock & will ship quickly but they aren't in-stock & don't ship quickly. I tried to cancel the order a week previously & they wouldn't because they said it had already shipped even though they sent me an e-mail that it wouldn't ship for over a month later. I'll never do business with these people ever again. Please don't waste your time, it's not worth it.

We see that your order for the Vacuum Duct Host was delivered on Dec 11th (Here's the Tracking to remind you and other readers: 1Z2205540359221541 - You could have refused delivery or requested to have it returned for a refund. In fact, if you reach out now, there's a chance we might still be able to help you out with a refund. I do see other notifications from our supplier that initially said it was going to be later than expected but our goal is to get the product out to you as soon as possible and we have mechanisms to look at availability from all warehouses and try to get those out. Most of our customers are thrilled about how quickly they get their products - but I guess this situation was a bit confusing for you and i apologize. I also wish you can consider us in the future. Hi Norman - I apologize for the inconvenience, but look at the Fedex Tracking info (715623417337) this item was delivered on Dec 18th at your Mount Vernon Facility. I realize this item was a few day later than expected and I really apologize for that. I have added a few GoVets Cash Rewards as a courtesy for your experience - but I do hope you enjoy the O-ring product you received. I would also hope that you can consider revising your 1-star. We really try to make sure you get what you need as quickly as possible, but some items experience delay from time to time. Luckily they're no longer as bad as the COVID days and you did not order PPE, a thermometer or toilet paper! Jokes aside, I do apologize and hope you can consider GoVets again in the near future. What you order might not be what you will get
I ordered this faucet base on the old stile because that’s what I need for me to match an existing one and I received and newer version of it! My customer wasn’t happy about it! I had to buy a 2nd one. The faucet that I received is 1/2 of the price of what i had order
