Hi Tommy - we sent a request through this system to get more information to see what's possible and how we can help you out and make this up to you. Sorry you had a bad experience on GoVets and had to submit a dispute to CC company. There is so much friendly fraud out there with bullies having their own tactics to get free stuff from GoVets, ask for refunds and return empty boxes, say their items did not get delivered when we know they did, find ways to deliver items to different locations that they are associated with an claim fraud, etc. I'm not saying this is you, but since you're not able to respond to the TrustPilot request for info, I can do anything else about this response. This is not who we are and you're welcome to shop elsewhere.. If this is a legit review, please reach out to our support team via any means on GoVets.com/help and ask for Sam, Parker or Marc and we'll help you (or anyone reading this) address any escalations.. Hey Kenneth - I'm looking into this and just want to say that I'm so so sorry this happened to you and I'll have someone reach out to try to make it up to you although I realize you really needed that part for your project and thought we can come through... Your feedback is appreciated and helps us get better and understand what needs to change in terms of people, process or tools. In this case, it may be a bit of a combination and as one of the owners, I take this feedback "to heart" as I want every customer to have full transparency into what's going on from the beginning to the end of their shopping experience on GoVets. For the most part, that's what our customer's get...and in this case, we fell short and IMO, we owe you an apology and more.. I really hope you consider us again in the future.
