Absolutely shocking, constantly down on companies house, "problems with this service", retyping the same information over and over, "your password is incorrect" when filling something out I have already logged on to and its asking for it again, how can my password be wrong when I have just logged on with the same password!!!!! upgrade the website for crying out loud...

Been trying to renew driving licence for 3weeks with GOV.UK ID
Everything fine upload passport etc then get to final check through Experian and I don’t exist
Over 1 hour on phone to your helpline they cannot do anything as Experian do the checks and I will now have to do it at post office
Lived at same address fo over 30 years everyone else can veryfi me why are these not able to useless why have helpline who work from home and keep putting you on hold to find answer from someone else who cannot do anything!!!!

renewing driving licence online. have to go through all sorts of checking passport with rfid, enter a ton of details and boom "identify confirmed", i check it, its all correct, name, dob, address etc, all correct. Then enter the driving licence number with that exact same info to be renewed and tells me it "doesn't match or wrong driving licence number". now am i supposed to drive with an expired licence to a far away post office to renew it?

possibly the most difficult website to navigate i have ever come across, you will have better luck trying to mine all your own resources, build a rocket, fly to another solar system, create life + civilisation on another planet and setting up your own government website

I believe Sir Keir Starmer’s government is awful.
The betrayal off the UK with the Government running to Europe and the EU is disgraceful.
How would they have done
A) a deal with America, India etc
B) Assisted Ukraine so much
- without Brexit and EU interference.
I fully believe The Government have totally been unfaithful to the UK .

Do not trust CMA Whistle blowers it could be the Biggest Mistake of your life.
Do not use these people, they dangerously make a mockery of your private information .My data which included Name, Address, Phone numbers, Email Address, and medical Conditions were banded about the CMA Until it was finally handed to General Enquiries to answer.
Then they passed all my information to AI Trixxy to fob me off.!!!!
So this is what AI is used for. A great use for new technology.
I requested my DSAR on many occasions to the CMA and to Sarah Cardell the Authorities CEO they will not reply to my requests.

My complaint as far as I am concerned is still on going. The CMA have not answered my concerns.

British Gas was my gas and electricity supplier in 2023. After I moved out of the apartment. I settled them and closed the account.

Till date, Experian still informed me last week that I am owing this company. Hence, since the last time I closed my account, they have been affecting my credit score. This is very bad and it’s so unfortunate that they are unreachable.

This is our UK government website and it seems to be designed by someone with no sense of style, layout or user experience. Considering what must have been spent on it, I think it's an awful site and a national embarrassment. I dread using it for any reason at all.

Sad ,how bad is this website and their apps . Gov takes billions in tax and cannot make normal clear website or app.

Can't accommodate to answer the phones for consumer travel concerns after two hours of parent being on the phone thanks now I get to potentially miss our vacation because I can't confirm if my ETA.Gov valid I did other source under your name no choice app refuses camera to apply photo ID the only applicable method the other phones were tested on it didn't suffice so now we know its your app since launch my mom did it for hers recent app is never configured I know as I can't recommend being a resident if you prefer to half ass consumers thanks for time spent acting as illegals.

A relative applied for an ETA, because they were going to visit soon.

Ever since the day after it was accepted, they've been getting scam phone calls on their private non-UK number, from UK numbers. This has not happened before, is not a coincidence, and the device that was used to apply was secure.

Appalling and disgusting, you cannot be trusted with personal information. Someone working for you is selling it on.

POP telecom
My father passed away and I closed the present broad band account which the contract had ended to find a cheaper alternative.
Found POP telecom on comparethemarket. Filled in info.
The following day my phone was continuously ringing which when I googled it showed it maybe a scam.
I got an email from the same number to show it was POP telecom so I rang back.
The chap said that the cooper connection to the property is disconnected and offered full fibre for more, and this would take 10 days to install. I said that’s no good I need it now for CCTV protection of the property. The sale guy said what ever broad band you have it will take 10 days.
I said I only wanted a cheaper service on the cooper cable it was on. He insisted it would take 10 days and even reduced the price. Common sense is an invaluable tool, I said the last provider was happy to continue for another few months.
So this means the cooper was not physically cut through and it was a few taps on the computer keyboard to reconnect my service. So I felt all he wanted was his commission, no compassion for my father’s passing and the lies.

If I could rate a zero I would. I have constantly tried to contact these people. I don’t know how a government service can be this awful. I have now been waiting for almost 40 minutes?….

It is such a disgrace and it is awfully frustrating when you can’t get into contact with these people.

I called the DBS and they were very unhelpful! I requested a reprint 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it so I called them. The advisor asked me a series of security questions which I am 100% sure I answered correctly as none of the answers have changed since I submitted the original application. Yet the DBS advisor told me I FAILED security and hung up on me. This shows their information is different to the information I entered in which is a security VIOLATION and BREACH which is very CONCERNING! I then called back and the next advisor hung up on me after I gave him my application reference number before even getting to security. Each time you have to listen to a silly automated voice saying stuff like “many of your questions can be answered online please visit our website we are very busy at the moment” blah blah even though the wait time is less than 5 minutes so saying they’re very busy is a bunch of lies. No my questions cannot be answered on the website or I wouldn’t be calling you. Appalling service! Very VERY dissatisfied!

Can’t even speak to an operator, sat on phone for 10 mins and the Ai can’t even understand my voice

this would be 0 if available . nearly a full month since ordering a wedding certificate and still not even done let alone sent out . all these are bothered about is people paying £42 to get it next day . a total typical government rip off and apparently no need to be flippant!!!, no need for you to take money and fail to give the service paid for, thanks for loosing me money by failing to provide what I paid for in time, total brainless idiots!

Where do I start! Had breakdown Dover A20. Phoned Green Flag 6.30. Recovery car expected 22.00 then 23.50. Taken to McD’s no car from Entreprise.
They don’t work Saturday! No communication from anyone. Daughter to rescue from Dagenham, arrived home at 02.30am. Green Flag worst ever. Car arrived on rescue truck 16.00 Monday 3/3/25
