Take forever to answer the phone every time you call. Average call wait time for me was over 1 hour. Ridiculous. I took a car insurance out and cancelled within 35 days and i was charged nearly 550£. They completely failed to tell me about the fact that they'd keep their massive cut of the premium (12 or 14%) and that it was non refundable after 14 days. I directly asked them about the cancellation process when taking out the insurance and they failed to tell me. They tell me i should have read all the documents myself and it was not their job to tell me about their non refundable charges even when questioned about it. They argue it was something i should have read myself on the 2nd page of the 4th attachment to an email they sent me. Absolutely horrible and disgusting service, lying by omission just to take your money. Ridiculous policy adujstment prices too, to trap you into paying over the odd prices. Everything from start to end was bad. WORST COMPANY EVER use them at your own risk.

I have had the best conversation ever today with any insurance company ever I was dealt with by Sham and can I just say the man doesn’t just live for his company my impression is the man lives for people to help, be polite and courteous and nothing at all was too much for me to ask and I’m a pain.
