I emailed GoProjectors with a query on a 3d projector.
One of their staff contacted me and offered several well priced alternatives & arranged a demo at their showroom, which resulted in me buying a fantastic projector and receiving the best customer care I've experienced in a long time!

I was recommended Go Projectors, by members of other local clubs and was very happy with their service.

I phoned for general information with a specific model in mind and had a long chat with a very knowledgeable staff member who suggested a different model, which he thought would better fit our needs. He also came up with a good discount such that this, higher spec, unit came in under our original budget. Delivery was quick too.

Having bought and used it, we're not dissapointed.

Was recommended a projector almost at half the cost of what was prepared to spend... which surprised me. Felt there were no sales tactics just solid informed advice. When I explained what I needed the projector for he understood and suggested a model - even said I could use it and replace it if it was not up to my requirements.
Very happy with the model I bought.
And I am sure would have spent 2 x what I did and may have had something less suitable for my needs.

Having been offered a better version Video projector than the one first ordered, of course one is cautious to what you are about to receive! But I needn't have been, as when the machine was duly unpacked, instructions read, we had a wall full of some drastic film that was on the wifes computer. The picture quality is excelent and so simple to operate too.
I found this company purely by accident and I am glad that I did. I had been looking on Ebay and all there is on there are crooks and crap machines. If you want a really good deal look no further, I was so pleased with the service they provided, I have recommended them to several other people in hoping that they will shop here too.

after the purchase was confirmed I received a call to say that the purchase had to be cancelled as your company did not accept credit card payments fro foreign cards.

so I guess I will have to take my business to the Americans who are more than will to take my money and at a better rate.

Nice helpful guy I talked to for some advice. Kept me informed about delivery. Projector is excellent and arrived when it should. What more can one ask for? Well, aftercare I guess; but since I've had no problems I can't review that; and, with a bit of luck, things will stay like that. A good buying experience.

Nervous about what would show up, but good advice and it works as promised

I was looking for a projector to be used in daylight conditions and in multiple venues.(Churches) The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgable and helpful.
Although I had picked out a Canon type he advised an InFocus one with some extras available free.
He told me I would be pleased with my purchase, and I have been, thank you.
It arrived the next day, and I am looking forward to using it soon.I had contacted other projector agents by e-mail,but have had no response at all. I assume they don't need my business. But thank you for you response, when I needed some guidance.

Emails were answered punctually, prices were very competitive and all enquiries were dealt with in an efficient friendly manner. We would recommend shopping with Go Projectors. The goods arrived next day when supply was 'in house', and within a couple of days when shipped directly from external sources.

first time i used them they were very good to me but secornd time round problems make conplate still not got to me about wiring shorts and bad standed of wiring in product shame did so good first time round but did give refound on next day delivery but it took five days to come

Buying a digital projector from a website can be confusing because of the huge choice available. 'Goprojectors' make it much easier by providing a facility to visit their site and view a selection of projectors in operation. Experienced staff provided helpful information, and being able to view an image projected by two projectors side by side was very useful and enabled me to have confidence in my final selection.

Unless you know exactly what you want dont buy a projector until you see it in action and I cant recommend Go Projectors enough nothing seems too much trouble and they really ensure the projector you buy is right for you and remarkable without trying to upsell! I've had my projector 6 weeks now and it is still the right choice based on the advice we had

You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong and they were excellent. The projector had a fault and following their website I contacted Viewsonic only to find they had none of the model in stock. I contacted goprojectors to have my money refunded however they spoke to Viewsonic and as (unbeknown to me) the item was end of line persuaded them to send me the new improved model at no extra cost. How's that for service

A previous experience buying a digital projector from another company for home entertainment went wrong. Location was challenging and follow-up service was poor. With trepidation we went to GoProjectors. Kirit asked the right questions and found a projector that suited our set-up, specifically the narrow range of throw distance we had without changing things. There weren't many projectors but the one recommended (delivered within a day) is perfect. Follow-up 'phone call to ensire it was what we were looking for demonstrated the knowledge and enthusiasm to get it right.

The main advantage for me was that I could go to their showroom and see all the equipment demonstrated. The showroom and offices could do with a bit of a makeover but the attention and apparently honest advice experienced was worth the trip.
Advice by phone has also been helpful when required, as were follow-up calls to ask whether everything was working as it should.

For courier deliveries they could improve the durability of their packaging.
