Such great staff in this helpful retailer who are genuinely enthusiastic to help you find what you’re looking for . Bought a pair of good value craghoppers trousers but was unable to find a pair of walking shoes that felt comfortable on my feet. Would like to single out staff members Alan and Sean for praise.

Helpful and knowledgable staff make for excellent experience
Very impressed by Go Outdoors. Staff were very helpful. They didn't stock the trainer I was looking for, but after discussion with Tim he suggested I try a Goretex shoe 1.5 sizes bigger than my usual. And it worked a treat. Very comfy shoes and an excellent in-store experience.

Evie saved my feet (and my holiday)!
Shout out to Evie for being so knowledgeable and helpful! I went into the store desperate for new footwear in the middle of an overseas trip, and she knew exactly what I needed to stay comfortable walking around all day. She was so patient while I tried some different options and I was really grateful for her product knowledge and general expertise. Everyone in the store was friendly, and the prices were really reasonable. I’ll recommend the store if ever I have friends in London in need of shoes!
