I never received an email to let me know I could go and collect my parcel from the store, even though I’d had confirmation from the delivery company it had arrived at the store, I had to email customer service and they sorted it out

Went in for walking boots… Ethan and John were very helpful with picking the right size shoe for me…let me wear men’s and women’s to test the size difference… never felt rushed and they were very polite… a credit to your store.

I needed boots desperately.
Having bought some boots from the chester store back in Jan and have had nothing but fittment issues since. I went into Shrewsbury today and saw John. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Great advise and knowledge of boots, and sizing for all brands. He gave me a couple of options to try on and we settled on a pair of Mammut’s which seemed to fit perfectly in the shop.
The lads on the till’s were also very friendly and helpful. Fantastic service would highly recommend.
