Milton was amazing in helping me get all the kit I need, he was friendly and professional I couldn't have done it without him

I was very impressed with the extensive range and excellent variety of products available and straightforward layout. Our shopping experience was made truly special by the exceptional service we received. The associate who assisted us (Sam) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure to find such a comprehensive selection. We greatly appreciated the outstanding customer care during our visit.

I visited today with my husband to buy some walking shoes. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful.
The man who assisted us in selecting our boots was knowledgeable and helpful.
Lisa who served us at the till was friendly and gave useful information on testing the boots purchased prior to going outside in them.

As always met with a smiling face entering the building and similar leaving at the check out with Lisa. 👍

Had a very friendly and helpful experience in Go outdoors. The lady who helped me was called Lisa. She was helpful and Pleasant.

I went in for some walking boots on 20/05 at about 5.30pm. After selecting the boots I wanted to try on, I was left standing for a little while in the shoes department with a staff member coming in and out while tidying. I tried to catch his eye but no success.

Eventually I was able to get his attention and he got me the size I wanted, came back with the box and then carried on tidying, leaving me to get them out of the box, try them on and test them with no assistance, or interest from him. After I decided they were what I wanted, I boxed them up myself and carried them to the till. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve left them and gone somewhere else.

Go outdoors, how about a staff discount for me, as I had to serve myself??

At the tills, I was served by Louise who was very helpful and friendly. She balanced out your rating. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve given 1 star.

Excellent customer service from Lisa and her manager at Go Outdoors - Sheffield. I had no idea which gas cylinder I needed for my fire pit table but thanks to the staff there, I received expert advice and now my table works perfectly. Thank you for all your help and support. I will definitely be coming back to top up my cylinder now you’ve helped me get it cheaper through your membership scheme.

Alex and Lou were incredible! They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met and eased my concerns around safety in the outdoors and were patient with making sure I get the best items, a true asset to the team!

Colin in the shoe department is brilliant- knowledgeable, and patient. He guided me through the process of choosing some walking boots with absolute expertise. 100% recommend.
