Great selection of gear for fishermen especially carp pellets, boilies and terminal tackle. Very helpful and friendly and polite staff will definitely visit again.

I wouldnt buy outdoor clothing anywhere else.

Visited the Preston branch for a general browse and bought and ex display tent. I received great customer service and advice from Neil as well as an absolute bargain on the tent.

Myself and my wife came into the store to swap a wetsuit that was bought at the incorrect size. Whilst there we notice that a tent were looking at had been reduced in price ahead of the store refit. Kieran and another member of staff were amazing...taking the display tent down for us and also allowing us to put up one of the camping beds to try as there was none on display. These two are both a credit to the store and the company. Once again thank you both for your help.

I walked in the store greeted with a smile by every worker a worker in footwear Olly I think it was helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was served efficiently by zac at the tills I’m very impressed with the quality customer service by these two gentlemen and I will be looking for them next time I come in

Alison made this such a good review. She helped me so much over 2 days while I bought my 1st tent. I sort of knew what I wanted, but she helped so much with information to match my needs. Also she helped with the added extras, strong pegs, hammer, storage, lighting etc. Lovely lady.

I had a problem with a tent pole and the sizes available didn't match my broken pole. After speaking with a customer service representative he passed me over to Neil the store manager, who quickly solved my issue with a hacksaw and a short 10 minute wait and a completely repaired tent pole.

The best thing when I asked how much he said no charge. This kind of service is what makes customers return

Everything in store is displayed well so you can easily compare products & prices. The staff offered help with choosing the best product for what I needed. The staff on the till were also helpful, friendly and polite.

After ordering a cool box online for next day delivery and the carrier Evri losing our parcel. We had to make a quick dash on route to our holiday. I reserved a cool box from the Preston store, and within 30 minutes, I received a text saying my order was ready to collect, which was a huge relief. Luckily, Go Outdoors also
refunded the money for the original order and postage costs too.

First visit today and how happy you have made us. We have left with full camping equipment from tent to sleeping bags,tables,storage unit etc at such an amazing price !!! Olly at Preston store was so helpful and answered all our questions (no matter how silly my question was) Thanks Olly we will be back. If someone could please pass on our thanks again to him 5 star service. Also the two young girls on the till were also so lovely and friendly offering to help us to the car and very polite. Sorry didn’t get their names but we visited Preston store and left around 12 so if you could thank them too we would appreciate it.
