Excellent staff!
Ordered numerous items from Millets and to return some items I was told Go Outdoors would take them back. Today I returned 9 items for refund. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasent and efficient in the way they handled my returns. Good staff are hard to find, Lowestoft shop have them! Very satisfied customer.

As a big fella I really struggle to find shoes to fit, the sales assistant Janet did a great job of finding me a nice selection to choose from and I walked out with a lovely pair of Merrells, so thanks for some great customer service and to Go-outdoors for actually having a good selection!

Great customer service in Lowestoft
Not a company I was familiar with as they had taken over an existing business in Lowestoft. They had also taken on the staff who had worked there before. They are absolutely brilliant- welcoming, helpful and super efficient.
