Been in today and spoke to both Lewis and Simon. They were both really helpful and helped me choose the perfect jacket. Wish everywhere had customer service as good as this. You can really tell they care about what they do.

Great staff, Chris was very helpful. They keep you aware of best deals. Shops very well equipped.

Visited a few weeks ago to get some walking shoes ready for a backpacking trip. Simon was excellent offering advice on the best type of shoe to get and I left happy with my purchase having been well informed on the product. Both the staff here when we visited were very friendly and happy to help us even when we arrived shortly before closing. The shop is smaller but still has a good selection of equipment and this means you usually get better service!

Simon had great product knowledge as well as a no pressure friend service approach. Credit to the store as I've found all their representatives.
