Brought back RAB shorts
Brought back RAB shorts - broken zip and loose seam. Bought less than 12 months ago. I was told then that RAB would replace zip free. Lost receipt. Manager said could not replace. Went to RAB website - cost of repair - £30! Pity because shorts are good!

Great staff
The shop was well stocked and staffed by knowledgeable people, particularly a younger member of staff who I think was called tia. She managed to patiently answer the questions I had, even in the hot weather!

Can’t rate Alex highly enough
Can’t rate Alex highly enough. Friendly and helpful. Chatty without being pushy and when there was a complication at the till (not his fault - the system couldn’t find me as a member at first) he dealt with it really well, didn’t get flustered but asked a colleague for help and carried on being very pleasant to me.

Would have been 5 ⭐️, except for one thing.
Pricing policy is a little unclear, as its not apparent that one has to be a 'member' for which there is a small charge.

Great service
I went in not completely sure what type of rucksack I wanted and Alex was very helpful in me figuring that out. All the staff I interacted with were both knowledgeable and friendly making it an easy and pleasant shopping experience.
