One in particular Ben stood out amongst the staff that we encountered.

Walking Shoes
Needed new walking shoes for the winter season. Kim was very helpful by fetching 2 sizes from the store and patiently waiting while I tried on both sizes on both feet.

Excellent customer service
Kim was friendly, knowlegeable about the Scarpa boots I was interested in, and patient (I have orthotics so have to try them in each pair of walking boots i try on). I would definitely go back to this branch for footwear in the future.

The shop at Huddersfield on.Leeds Riad us excellent. Loads of stuff, friendly and helpful staff. Fishing Republic eing inside also a big plus as there are no ither Angling outlet nearby.

New waterproof jacket
I visited the store as I needed a new waterproof jacket, as I was looking Stuart came over to help, he asked me questions about what I would be using it for and what fit I would like, he was very patient and after short listing 3 he told me the pros for each and I purchased a OEX one which is perfect.
