GO Outdoors - Gloucester Bewertungen 

Visited the Gloucester store for some sandals for my partner. We waited a while but then a young man came along asked him for a size 11 in the pair my partner had chosen he kindly got them, gave us them and disappeared. Luckily Bradley was around and assisted us in a different size, waited to see if they fitted, they didn’t so he got us a different make which fitted perfectly. He was so helpful and his customer service skills were amazing. Thanks to this young man we had great service otherwise it would have been 2 stars.

I honestly cannot praise the staff enough. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
Chad was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond what I could have expected, not just once, but what felt like a hundred times over! His patience, helpfulness and willingness to make sure everything was sorted were genuinely outstanding.
Ryan was also fantastic. He went searching through the stock room for everything I asked for, without a single complaint, and even managed to find me a better option than what I originally had in mind. That level of effort and care makes such a difference.
And Patrick was wonderful on the tills. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and open, and made the whole experience feel really pleasant.
All three of them were absolutely fantastic representatives of the company. Staff like this deserve recognition because they turned what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into a genuinely brilliant experience.

Had exactly what I went for, but I really dislike the pricing structure: a 33% saving if I signed up as a ‘member’. First time in GoOutdoors for ten years and this is the reason! I could have saved £10, but would rather shop somewhere with straightforward prices. Won’t come back again until I am really stuck - as I was today.

I popped into the Gloucester store and received outstanding service from Andrea right from the start. I was worried about doing a like-for-like exchange without a receipt, expecting it to be a bit of a palaver, but Andrea handled it effortlessly.

She also shared her own experience on two other products she owns, giving me honest and helpful advice. Absolute credit to the store—more businesses could take a leaf out of her book!

Phoned the Gloucester store in the morning to check that there were some Scarpa walking boots my size in stock. Ryan was very helpful and confirmed they had the appropriate size. Visited the store in the afternoon and I think it was Bradley who very quickly found the boots for me to try on, and I bought a new pair which fitted perfectly. Signed up for Go Outdoors membership on the basis of the excellent service and very competitive prices and discounts.

George was extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service.

Today I popped into the Gloucester outlet. I was served by George. What a lovely young man! He was super nice and chatty. No heavy sales just helpful.

Easy to find what I was after and good customer service from George.

Had to make a phone call today as had not been able to get hold of customer services, so phoned the gloucester store and a young man by the name of Harvey Norman answered and helped me in every way he could he wasn't able to help with the problem but he listened and took notes and was very polite thankyou Harvey Norman.

I purchased an electric coolbox and the gentleman that served me carried it out to the car for me. Excellent customer service.

Came here on Sunday for some camping equipment and there was a lovely young girl on tills called Emily who was very polite and welcoming

Absolutely wonderful staff! Was helped my a lovely young lady called Emily, she guided me through my refund and answered all my questions perfectly. Safe to say ill be back!

I was warmly greeted as I entered the store and directed towards where I needed to go. I found what I wanted to buy, quickly and easily. I was then served with a smile by Emily at the till

Wonderful customer service, went out of her way to look for items and gave great recommendations. Even took all our purchases to the till for us.
Incredibly friendly and a great staff member.

love the place, has everything you would need and want, it's quite pricey but there is usally cheaper options available, just wish it was closer as its a hour and a half away from the house. the lady at the till emily was also very nice

Really great options and ability to test items out.
We were looking for an air tent so it was great to be able to look in each tent to see the size, layout, etc.
I had a query about the membership so spoke with Mat and he was so helpful when we had follow up questions about the tent we had chosen and ended up purchasing a few extra items so ensure we had the set up we needed.
Kia was also really kind and friendly at the checkout and could see we were trying to manage a newborn and a 5 year old 🙈

Went into Gloucesters Go outdoors yesterday to purchase a dryrobe. George went up and beyond to help what a lovely lad.

Served by Chad, took the time to help us properly and was really nice and informative! Cheers chad!
