Great shopping experience
We found exactly what we were looking for and at a very good price. The item was a bit heavier than we expected but a very nice shop assistant took it to the till for us or though he was busy at time doing other things.

Needed a FloGas refill
Needed a FloGas refill, called beforehand to be informed they had 2 in stock, went to the store and was served by some friendly staff who swapped out the cylinder quickly and I was on my way. Great staff, clean and tidy store.

Lovely staff with great knowledge
My friends and I came in for some help with insoles and shoes. Andrew was extremely helpful and an all round lovely guy. He obviously has lots of experience in this sector. Felt really welcome and well catered to. Will definitely be spending more time in this shop.

Were they bored?
The few staff members we saw appeared disinterested in their jobs, and particularly disinterested in customers.
I found what I wanted, paid, and left the store but the lasting impression created by the staff was not a positive one.
