I visited this store on 17/10/2026 to buy my son a pair of walking boots. Once he selected the ones for him I asked Karen to help check if there was any backstock.
Karen not only came out with the boots, she then gave really helpful advice around how they fit and any aftercare they may need. This was proper customer service which myself I havent seen in a long time (other highstreet names) impressed and will be back again.
Cracking store with a great team.
