Appalling service. The policy auto-renewed without a notification, and was more than double the previous year. On calling them to discuss it, the reasons for the increase were ridiculous. Clearly just another bout of profiteering.

Helpful and informative advise.
The person I spoke to was very helpful making sure I understood the travel insurance policy. Did not feel rushed answering questions and she went over all detail for health cover. I received confirmation and the policy as soon I paid .
