Competitive quotation but when I rang up to add a medical declaration. The agent said we have to pass you on to our sister company as they will need to screen you I was only adding a non serious condition. But when she e mailed a quotation she had a completely different medical condition listed down which I believe is a serious condition which is not what I said.. anyhow happy now have a good quotation from your sister company

Insurance that wasn't
The travel Company I was booked with cancelled the trip as I was the only guest. I had booked my flight separately and Goodtogo refused compensation on the grounds "Any claim that is due to any failure (including financial) of your travel agent or tour operator, any transport or accommodation provider, their agent or anybody who is acting as your agent, unless specified." So if your travel agent goes bust you are left uninsured.What a great Company! One to avoid and read the "General exclusions" carefully before choosing your travel insurance
