Easy website and good quality and value

I had a lot of concerns about getting it right so I had lots of questions, all 3 people I spoke to were helpful & clarified things with the medical team when needed, as a consequence it has put my mind at ease that I've answered everything correctly.

Recently bought travel insurance from this company. I explained everything to them and was given the travel insurance. Complications set in and I had to cancel my holiday. When I tried to clam god to go passed me onto another company. After several emails to and fro this company came back and said I couldn't get any money back as I should never have been given the insurance in the first place. Never again will I use good to go or IM Global. What's the point in buying travel insurance. You'll need a lawyer to get anything out of them

Good to Go travel insurance is an excellent insurer, well deserving of the 5star rating, The website is simple to use, clear and precise but help is quickly at hand if assistance is needed. I have used it twice this year and feel confident that my holiday is correctly and adequately covered. Additionally, the price is very competitive which is another bonus. Thoroughly recommended.
