Not a good experience so far. Dificult to speak to and proccess a claim for my wife.
After submitting a claim and loads of information, the further requests for additional information are redicuous as the GP has already signed a certificate and report for reasons unable to travel - severe kidney infection. Also supplied two years medical history.
Would possibly be more sympathetic if claiming reimbursement of thousands of pounds but in this case £1400.
My personal claim, with a different insurer, was dealt with by Alianz and paid out within a month.
We are 80 years of age and find it very difficuilt to send information digitally and on line. THey have not made it easy and Goodtogo ARE NOT the insurers, it is with a company called IMG
