The trip was very well managed right from the word go. The golf course selection was awesome.
Hotels could have been a little better but overall experience was lovely.

Our trip was well organised and seem less - we didn’t have to bother about anything- the local support was excellent . Our local Guide Taga and Driver Mustafa did a commendable job or looking after us.

Unnati communicated well. I would prefer knowing the driver details ahead of the time and in Jakarta, we did not get the details and could not inform the driver that there was a luggage delay for 2 hours.
The hotels quoted were 5star and I assumed they were all 5 star until I googled the hotel in Bali which was actually 4star. This was rectified before we departed.
Other than that, her service was good.

My booking - all quick, simple and straightforward including adding another player at short notice .
Arrived at the golf club, presented my voucher (which was on my phone) then had a fantastic day on probably one of the most beautiful and challenging courses I've ever played on.

Golftripz organised our recent golf trip to Pattaya. It was fabulous. Everything went smoothly as planned. A special mention to our driver, Mr Montri. He was very experienced and helpful and went out of his way to make our trip very enjoyment. As an example, he volunteered to register us at each golf courses so we can go prepare ourselves in the changing room. Top notch service and speak very good English. Highly recommend.

Good communication. Options and preferences offered. Speedy arrangements. No hiccups. As a tour agent, cannot ask for more.

The effort put in by Vishal should be applauded.
Couple of observations which should be communicated clearly in a very intelligent way is about TIPPING. Tipping is a very personal thing and no one should tell me how much I should give. This is based on the service and the experience with the Individual (in this case the Caddie).
South East Asia may have created this approach but it must strongly be communicated that tipping is purely based on individual's experiences, since we are already paying a caddie fee too. I think that the Caddie Fee is not giving to the individual and hence they push hard for this tipping business.
You all need to create forums on this to ensure that it is not taken for granted on how much you give us tips.
On another note since you are a golfing organizer you should push for better deals as there are many ways of getting at least 20-40% off on the green fees,etc. Only when one goes there, you understand the system. One can do many more trips when deals are more attractive.
Otherwise the organizing and service was very good. Once again a big PAT to Vishal.
