Terrible company .
I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. Following an accident on a golf course, I was struck in the eye by a golf ball, resulting in the loss of vision in one eye for the past five months. Although I am only now beginning to regain some sight, the compensation offered was £50, subject to a £25 excess, which I consider wholly inadequate given the severity of the injury and its impact on my daily life.
As the owner of a well-established golf business in the North East with a substantial customer base and social media following, I believe it is important to raise awareness of my experience. I intend to continue pursuing this matter and seeking a fair and reasonable resolution.

I found the signing up process some what confusing, a Golf playing colleague forwarded me a link, so he would gain a reward, this link sent me around various loops, probably of my own making, after 2nd or 3rd attempt eventually managed to procure the insurance, my Golf mates details were entered at some point but was not visible when I purchased, he also informs me he has had no notifications to his account, hopefully my signing up problems included his details.
